They suddenly recharged me for no reason and I can’t get contact on the app or website working. Please contact support@playa.live with your account details so our team can investigate the situation and assist you. ### 1/5 — Unnecessary and Very Poor Customer Service *2026-07-16, version 1.4.0* I bought the $7.00 one week trial and was automatically charged over $40 when it ended because I had trouble logging into the app in order to cancel my subscription in time. My trial ended with no notice, email, text, or notification indicating so. I have emailed customer support three times about this issue and still received no response. On top of this, I find the graphics aesthetically unappealing and the over reliance on AI to be a turnoff from using the app. It is a much too high price point for the basic service and daily quotes it provides, that you can find anywhere else on the internet for free. The quiz did not feel accurate and doesn’t have enough information about you to make accurate judgement on what you struggle with. AI is used for the majority of the lesson plans and to calculate your individual needs. I do not recommend. Furthermore it’s impossible to unsubscribe, I’ve sent an email with no response just an AI auto reply.
