After you’ve paid and get your program, you can literally write any jibberish in your answers, not even words, and it spits out a response supposedly tailored to you. The quiz absolutely revealed nothing. The article i read (which i know now was absolutely just a paid ad, and did not specify that) said so much about the deepness and knowledge, but this is something you get on the 2nd Therapist session. Or even if you are just interested in psychology and therapy. Do not throw your money for nothing. ### 1/5 — Where are the report downloads?! *2026-05-29, version 1.1.2* I just paid about $77AUD expecting two PDF downloads as the test promised, and have received nothing but an account on a very average app. ### 1/5 — Feels like it was built by a kid *2026-05-29, version 1.1.2* I purchased this app as I was really helpful to understand some childhood patterns. It’s essentially a very expensive ChatGPT but it doesn’t perform even remotely close to chat. It’s a clunky app that is difficult to navigate with very basic questions. Save your time and money and just go for a different AI tool. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-06, version 1.4.0* I cancelled the subscription. They suddenly recharged me for no reason and I can’t get contact on the app or website working. Please contact support@playa.live with your account details so our team can investigate the situation and assist you. ### 1/5 — Unnecessary and Very Poor Customer Service *2026-07-16, version 1.4.0* I bought the $7.00 one week trial and was automatically charged over $40 when it ended because I had trouble logging into the app in order to cancel my subscription in time. My trial ended with no notice, email, text, or notification indicating so. I have emailed customer support three times about this issue and still received no response. On top of this, I find the graphics aesthetically unappealing and the over reliance on AI to be a turnoff from using the app. It is a much too high price point for the basic service and daily quotes it provides, that you can find anywhere else on the internet for free. The quiz did not feel accurate and doesn’t have enough information about you to make accurate judgement on what you struggle with. AI is used for the majority of the lesson plans and to calculate your individual needs. I do not recommend. Still having a horrible experience trying to reach out and communicate with customer service. ### 1/5 — Won’t cancel *2026-07-13, version 1.4.0* I’ve been emailing and no one will help me cancel. It’s ridiculous. Mental health is hard enough without adding in fees and no communication. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2026-07-06, version 1.3.1* The app doesn’t load more than half of the time with any content for me. They charged me anyways after I canceled my free trial. The manage subscriptions page does not let me cancel either. After I wrote the customer support I got no response back. The only way was to dispute my credit card charge. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-07-04, version 1.3.1* Very difficult to cancel ### 1/5 — Misleading and very confusing app *2026-06-30, version 1.3.1* I paid for a 4 week subscription which I thought allowed me access to some of the courses and tutorials. When I downloaded the app all the courses were locked nothing was accessible it just kept asking me to upgrade to premium. What was my $29 purchase for then? Furthermore it’s impossible to unsubscribe, I’ve sent an email with no response just an AI auto reply. The app is rigged do not purchase I now need to figure out how to unsubscribe before they take more of my money. Disappointing and very misleading. ### 1/5 — Scam! I am on day 5 of customer service back and forth messaging. They are unable to tell me if they can fix it, no answer to whether I will be refunded for the time I have not been able to access app, and no time line to when a repair might take place. Software glitches clearly need addressed. It is seeming more like a a scam. 6/18 Another day goes by without a fix. I have asked for a refund. 6/21 still no resolution after daily reports by me of issue, app just gives error message and customer service will not issue a refund! ### 1/5 — Scam!
