Per un ritardo di 7 minuti mi hanno fatto pagare una giornata intera del noleggio e per un 25h d’utilizzo mi hanno fatto pagare per due giorni interi, assistenza inesistente non rispondono mai.

Ovviamente ci sta, io non ho la macchina quindi se ne voglio usare una che non è mia ci spendo un rene. Ho avuto un po’ di traffico e ho pagato 14 euro una corsa da pochi chilometri, poi magari sono io sbagliato ma se mi scrivi 0.4 al minuto mi viene da pensare che costi 4 centesimi al minuto non 40,appunto sarò sbagliato io. Poi 50 centesimi al kilometro per la round trip..50 centesimi? Costa troppo secondo me se abbassaste un minimo i prezzi vi entrerebbero più clienti

Molto scorretti nell’utilizzo dell’Auto Round Trip, in quanto se si prenota con la scelta rapida il blocco di 30 minuti, non partirà dal blocco successivo, ma da quello attuale, anche se lo sblocco è alle 14.59. Inoltre, se non siete a conoscenza di ció, vi toccherà pagare 1€ per ogni minuto di ritardo. Questa è stata la mia esperienza e, dopo aver riportato l’auto alle 15.25, mi sono trovato una bella sorpresa, ho dovuto pagare 34€: sistema costruito proprio male.

For short trips it's perfect to use, the car was new and clean, and we were available to park in playcar  parkings , that helped us a lot . If i go again in Sardegna i will definitely contact  this company again. Thank you Alessio.

Super app pour louer des voiture sur Cagliari parfait même en longue durée. Beaucoup moins chère que tout les loueurs confondus.

Mi trovo ad usarlo ormai spessissimo. App veloce e mezzi in ottime condizioni. Abbonamenti per ogni esigenza (con scontistica) oppure car sharing classico.

I had a very positive and smooth experience with Playcar. I landed in Cagliari and found the car in the airport parking lot, had my assigned parking spot 3min walk from my hotel in an area where parking is very difficult and was able to drop off the car in the airport by simply parking it. It was the best rental car experience I've had. The app works great to open and close the car and gives you an exact map of where the car is when you arrive. Car was washed, worked perfect and was high quality.
Highly recommend Playcar for an affordable, hassle free rental car experience.
