Not that it matters cause folks are forced to use it who are in their clubs. ### 1/5 — Very unhappy *2024-12-03* This app has constant problems. It logs me out every time I go into it and says my credentials are wrong which work perfectly fine when I go log in on the website. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. It’s extremely frustrating. ### 1/5 — Basically Unusable *2024-11-22* How in this day and age an application is unable to support the most basic services like “Chat” shows the utter lack of interest from 3-Step Sport to invest in all of the acquisitions/questionable monopolization. All this app actually does is create a payment portal for Parents and gives you “Push” information from the Club. Yet, it is the mandated communication app for all its Club Teams. So, if you’re reading this review…doesn’t really matter. Can’t make it easy to add a parent to a child. That’s the core of the app - and you can’t find out how to do that basic task anywhere on their site, FAQs, etc … Flakey / irrational updates of schedules to the app. Had 2 fellow parents - on the same team - side by side looking at a schedule - and it showed different schedules! Needs a deep QA and User Experience makeover! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-05-26* Just horrible. I was logged out and when I reset my password my son was no longer on my account. I don’t get messages from the team and I couldn’t register him for the next season. Support told me just to use someone else’s account to do it. More like a high school technology project then a real app ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst sports app ever *2026-06-08, version 6.3.4* This app alone is enough to look at other clubs. It doesn’t work, access is restricted on who can create events. Communication never works. We had to put our athlete in the app as an athlete and parent and list our email with her email to get communications. Even after it was initially set up correctly. Notifications are horrible, look and feel is clunky and old. Really the developer should trash it and start again. And finally the calendar also doesn’t sync with skylight. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-05-18* This app is awful. The permission levels are too limited so it’s hard to add events and team meetings, the notifications only sometimes work and the chat looks like something my mother would create. It needs a better interface, easier accessibility, more features and reliable notifications to be able to compete. Also schedule changes send you the new information 2x and doesn’t show whats changed - login - i get logged out all the time and have to log back in, no indication your logged out, no notifications while your logged out, have to share your login information with spouse or kids so they can log in???????????? Sharing credentials isn’t that it 101 no no? Oh great we can share an access code but if we reset our password all the access codes are dead and have to be resent -support- always answer with is app up to date? Did you log out and back in?
