## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Customer Service Unresponsive and No help

*2023-10-26, version 3.47.1*

I have been waiting for over 10 business days for order status email. Never received confirmation email but the money has came out of my bank. I ordered a left sensor cause for some reason his sensor quit charging after 3 uses. I have reached out several times online and all I get back is they are looking into it. Maybe leaving a negative review and 1 star I will finally get some answers!

### 1/5 — Scam

*2021-05-18, version 3.20.1*

The app does not work so it is just useless

### 2/5 — I Need to buy something?

*2024-05-08, version 3.47.1*

Bro do we need to buy this ?

### 2/5 — Needs help

*2023-03-08, version 3.35.1*

So many lost training events and data. Good luck accidentally clicking the wrong event type- No going back. Also, no way this many kids are running 20+mph. Wear the device. Sometimes it syncs. Sometimes it just pretends you didn’t train or play.

### 2/5 — not good

*2022-03-05*

They didn't even record my session even though they were fully charged there is no reason for it to not record

### 3/5 — Good Product - Need more features

*2021-11-19, version 3.27*

Nice product but could be improved.
Doesn't tell how many calories you burned.
Only tells your miles per session and doesn’t have a way to check for a certain period of the game.

### 4/5 — Do you need a subscription

*2024-09-02, version 3.50.1*

If yes how much are subscription

### 4/5 — Does it work offline?

*2022-11-28, version 3.35.1*

So I just got done with my second training session and I’m wondering if these work offline, my training fields are a ways out and I don’t have cell service. The past few sessions it says it’s recording but I never see any session details after. Other than that I’ve been using them at home and they are easy to use and just simple.

### 4/5 — Appears to be a solid product

*2022-08-31, version 3.35*

Purchased for my daughter. Would like it better if I didn’t have to sign out of the app when my wife signed into hers

### 4/5 — Good

*2021-11-24, version 3.27*

Great products

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — BEST APP EVER

*2022-03-09, version 3.31*

I use it and it’s SUPER good I recommend for age 9+

### 5/5 — What a purchase

*2021-11-03, version 3.27*

Was extremely sceptical about buying this but managed to get it down on deals to about £140. Set it up within minutes and was free to train. I’ll never use a Fitbit or an Iwatch, but this keeps me motivated to train. Wish there was also a step count on this but you can’t win them all. 5 stars

### 5/5 — Great products

*2021-04-04, version 3.18*

Excellent ... easy to use and I get all the data I need plus it lets me send info to my coach 🥰

### 5/5 — Where has this been

*2021-01-14, version 3.15*

This is motivating me to make sure I achieve my goals, but most of all it’s a piece of tech in football that is amazingly easy to use and gives me a feel of what pros do to be pros

### 5/5 — Incredibly Simple

*2020-12-14, version 3.13.1*

Wow, one of the most elaborate yet simple to use wearables out there. It tracks every single step and ball interaction taken and gives easy to digest parameters that I can use to improve my game and physical condition.
The future is here.

### 4/5 — Great App but Login Needs Work

*2021-08-30, version 3.24*

I bought the Uno for my daughter and set it up to use her email address to login. I also have the app on my phone as I like to review her data. Every time hi go to login it tells me that the login has expired and I need to be sent a verification code. In order to do that, I have to get the code sent to me from my daughters email so I can log into the system. I don’t know why they just didn’t institute a regular password and keep the login active on my phone as long as I have security activated on my phone. I can access my financial information without logging in every time but not my daughters soccer data. That seems a little silly to me.
