When I try to share screen to my tv so I can watch it with friends/family, it doesn't work. There is no other package available for international customers and paying money gor having acces to only 30% of whole service is outrageous (and also the fact that it doesn't work on TVs or if I am anywhere else but home). Just awful. **Developer response:** Hey, as part of the Player International package you can watch all series, programs, films and live channels listed in the collection at: https://bit.ly/44NXZLD You can use the package wherever you want in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not support screen sharing (except for Google Chromecast 2+ or image transfer via a laptop / computer connected to the TV via HDMI). If you have any additional questions, we are at your disposal on Messenger (enter the word: "Konsultant") and by e-mail (hello@player.pl). ### 2/5 — User unfriendly video display and no English version *2021-07-29* Video display is poor because 1) you can’t minimise it and browse for others 2) On iPhone 11, you can’t have the video floating while you use your phone 3) If you do anything on the phone while streaming, the video stops such as adjusting brightness from the control centre 4) no volume control 5) you can’t watch the video vertically It might be normal or a norm in Poland to accept misleading characteristics of something before you buy but this here is one of the thousands of examples: It says the app is available in English and Polish. But in fact it is only in Polish. Poor…. ! **Developer response:** Thank you for any suggestions - perhaps in future updates the mentioned functionalities or the English language will appear. Please keep an eye out for future updates;) ### 2/5 — Unable to log in/ nie mogę się zalogować *2019-07-27* The layout of the log in screen doesn’t allow to confirm the captcha once the pictures were chosen when confirming I’m human. Used on iPad Pro 11 inch 2018. Sposób w jaki strona logowania jest zaprojektowana nie pozwala potwierdzić wyboru obrazków przy potwierdzaniu człowieczeństwa. Przez to nie ma możliwości zalogowania się. Próbowałem na iPadzie pro 11 cali 2018 **Developer response:** Pracujemy obecnie nad wdrożeniem nowej wersji captcha w naszych aplikacjach mobilnych. Do tego czasu zachęcamy do oglądania naszych materiałów na innych platformach, w tym na komputerach z przeglądarką. Przepraszamy za niedogodności z logowaniem na wybranych iPadach. EDIT: Wdrożyliśmy poprawki w procesie logowania, które powinny eliminować zgłaszany problem z captchą. Don’t like the fact that you have to be logged in to watch certain programs, despite having account it isn’t easy to log in. It needs a solid update finally! I’ve tried to contact their support through messenger and waiting over a week for any response. Ticket created and confirmed via Email. Wake up in 21st century. No Apple TV Support, no access from outside of PL. Stupid Polish bureaucracy with media bills etc. It has been 2 years since last time I looked at this app and nothing has changed. TVN International access news we can all get it from other channels. Dodatkowo - wykupując jakikolwiek pakiet w Polsce można z niego korzystać na terenie Unii Europejskiej. ### 1/5 — Aga *2019-09-11* The worst app ever!! I can’t log in even though email and password are correct! It switches off in the middle of typing the password, so frustrating! What is the point of making viewers to download it? No information is shared prior downloading the app as if consumers were only located in PL. in addition you have to pay a stupid fee to allow streaming! Honestly? It’s 21 century and times when you had to pay for a streaming are long gone! Przepraszamy za niedogodności, życząc już samych udanych seansów. ### 3/5 — Chrome Cast Issues :( *2022-02-19* The Chrome Cast feature from ios has stopped working since the last update! This has happened before after an update and it's annoying. I paid for a package but I'm wasting miney while I'm not watching it on the TV (I can't watch on my phone as it's not comfortable!). Please fix this asap. W pakiecie z reklamami wyświetlamy 3-4 bloki reklamowe, których łączna długość nie powinna przekraczać 5-10 minut.
