And both times they made me verify my ID they failed me and blocked my account from being able to bet. I have deposited over 300 dollars into this app and it really frustrates me to see them take my money like that. When I say they made me verify my ID and they failed me I am 18 years of age and will be turning 19 soon so I'm clueless as to why they failed me. Support takes days to respond. No responsible gaming. Predict odds make no sense to actual odds. They then have stream snipers and people who are cheating following you into your game to make sure that you do not win. If you start your match within the 15 minutes but don’t finish the match even if you win what I did they will completely just refund the money so that they don’t have to send you. You’re winning amount which mine was 1790 now make every excuse in the book in their guidelines to make sure you don’t get paid. What you did followed all the guidelines.
