After I changed my phone, I cannot login using the previous password. Told the school, it’s 2 weeks and running and this developer has yet to resolve the issue! I can’t even login to the app now!

### 2/5 — Keep prompting outstanding payment when we are paying via GIRO

Dear Developers, please look into the bug that the system keep prompting parents to make payment and payments are overdue while we had been paying GIRO for many months! This is so upsetting and creating confusion that Giro “seems unsuccessful” or “other issues”

Had feedback to the center but this is still unsolved since so many months
