Llevo meses sin encontrar la motivación y compromiso para hacer deporte, y después de probar distintas apps de deporte y ejercicio he de confesar que esta es la que me ha ayudado a engancharme de nuevo. 
Su interfaz es fácil y el contenido es de calidad. La recomiendo 100%!!!

La APP ofrece un seguido de rutinas cortas (10-15min) adaptadas a tu nivel físico que te permiten mejorar tu condición física. Ni el tiempo ni la dificultad son excusas! 

Además de las rutinas hay retos, que consisten en una series de ejercicios y repeticiones cronometradas. Cuanto más rápido más puntos y más puntos igual a más ranking. Una forma sana de mantener la competitividad con tus amigos.

Es una app que esta muy bien estructurada y es fácil de entender. Hay diferentes niveles para ir mejorando a tu ritmo, los ejercicios se entienden perfectamente, al igual que las repeticiones que se deben hacer.
