The UX isn’t intuitive, and being able to see people’s exact locations is concerning. Plus, there’s no option to delete my profile! Can any developer help? Thanks! ### 2/5 — Lack of Communication *2024-05-20, version 2.1.8.1* For Transparency: Have been waiting for approval for two weeks. This is not really an issue since the app states that it approves on their own basis. However, I think there are other issues about the app. First off, the approval process needs to be stated outright since the length is rather long. Secondly, the pre-approval page does not link to a provisional profile page where you can change information or delete the profile. Thirdly, the link to the support page on their website directs you to a Whatsapp chatroom. All in all, an odd experience. If possible, can I know how to delete the profile. On tinder and hinge that happens in seconds, maximum in minutes. I put in my information, created profile and it has said waiting for approval for many days now. I genuinely just thought the app was still under development due to it being relatively new which of course isn’t a big problem. However, to my surprise after checking the reviews AND checking the support teams REPLIES to the reviews, I am not the only one. “Unlike immediate processes on those platforms, our community takes a more personalized approach by carefully selecting our members.” Is what one of the replies from the Playground team read. Which unless they’re flawed, my comprehensive skills lead me to believe that the selective process includes the big question ‘ Hmmm are they gay ENOUGH’ I find it extremely interesting that for a gay app that’s supposed to be about community, my profile isn’t being accepted. I think its safe to say that im not gay enough to be accepted but hey, there’s always grindr 😀👍🏾. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-05-27, version 2.1.8.4* App doesn’t work and there’s no way to delete your account ### 1/5 — Registration doesn’t work *2024-04-15, version 2.1.7.0* Can’t get past the screen to enter a code which is never sent to me. Tried several times, the phone number is correct. Can’t even access my profile to delete it.
