Fantastic support with timely and helpful responses. A diverse portfolio of games to play ranging from free to multiple k. Should not take this long for an electronic transfer!! But don’t worry the money is out of my account. Yet I have no idea where it is! Their format was okay until this most recent update. I don’t know what 3rd grade class runs this app! ### 1/5 — Fun Until You Withdraw *2019-06-07, version 1.3.5* Fun Product until you try to withdraw. Make sure you ask about the “rules” prior to depositing...First withdrawal had no issues after you hit the 8x playthrough that is not listed anywhere on their site... After that I made several hundred dollars from playing head to heads. I was excited until they refused to payout. I sent multiple withdrawals requests and each time (if I even received a reply) there were different excuses. I would be told I could only withdraw $56 from the $475 I had won, a few days later I was completely ignored until I messaged them on Twitter, 3-4 days later I was told I couldn’t withdraw anything, even though I had won more. Weird since a few days earlier I could withdraw $56... Don’t waste your time if you want a company that will reply to your emails or ever cash out your withdrawal requests... Good thing I only made one deposit, you will never see your money again... But got to $100 without using any of my money and when I sent email requesting a payout it was done the same day. Very impressed and full steam ahead with this app. Can’t wait for baseball season to see what they offer ### 1/5 — Scam *2018-12-16, version 1.3.3* I wanted to withdraw I had over 200$. All from free games. They said I could only withdraw 50$ of free money winnings. They said I could withdraw more if I played more paid games. Fast forward 5 months. Down to under 100$ from playing paid games. Won over 100$ but lost it again. So I try to withdraw again they tell me NO because I haven’t earned at least 50$ in free games. I have emails as proof. But I tell them. I have played over 200$ in paid games. I should be able to withdraw. They say no. Then they just stopped responding. Worst company ever. Don’t play with them. They’ll scam you.
