On top of that the purchase is non refundable, Apple won’t get your back and not even tell you why the app can not be refunded **Developer response:** No, NO, NO. Many users have successfully transfer numerous playlists using PlaylistPort, which is a major reason why PlaylistPort ranks in the top 5 in multiple countries. I'd like to know why you say that. Die App nötigt einen erst die Pro Version zu abonnieren und gibt dann am laufenden Band eine Fehlermeldung nach der anderen, wenn man alles ausgeräumt hat was so möglich ist an Fehlermeldungen fängt das Band von neuem an. Best regards. ### 1/5 — Buyer Beware *2025-12-28* I recommend exercising caution before purchasing this application and suggest validating its functionality through a trial or test period if available. Despite multiple attempts (over 15), I have been unable to get the app to work as advertised. Core features—specifically the retrieval of user playlists from supported platforms such as Spotify—consistently fail. Based on my experience, the application does not appear to be fully compatible with current platform permission or security requirements, which prevents basic functionality. Given these issues, I do not believe the app currently provides the value implied by its pricing or its App Store rating. I purchased a lifetime license and was disappointed to find that the app was not usable in practice. I have contacted the developer to request assistance and a refund but have not received a response to date. Until these issues are addressed or support is provided, I cannot recommend this product. I am leaving this review to inform other consumers of my experience. Will probably use this again if I need to repeat the process.
