None of them are here to give you money when you play you play at your own risk. You’re going to win some then you’re gonna lose some but overall it’s a fun app. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2025-11-07, version 4.1.6* This app never accepts my password after logins. I play for ten minutes then I’m logged out and have to reset my password several times a day. My free 50 bonus spins never work and u can’t use my bonus money on another game once I played all of my real cash. I would stay far away from this app. Chat live live agents will disconnect the chat when you ask a question about your free spins misssing. ### 1/5 — They Stole $52 Dollars from me *2025-11-04, version 4.1.6* I deposited money, played 50 free spins under my account (not tied to any opt in or bonus), I cancelled the bonus, they took my $52 dollars and wouldn’t refund me. I’ve been online gambling for over a decade, and I’ve never come across such corruption in my life. I just closed my account and challenged the funds with my card company. They keep the “RTP” that is supposedly accumulated through the life of the machine for a bot that comes in and cleans up. Essentially, they take your money give you no way to get it back and then wait for you to lose it all. Do not install. Scam. ### 1/5 — WORST CASINO APP EVER *2025-09-08* I create an account because it says I will receive 25 free spins just for doing so. It gave me the free spins which I end up winning almost 20 dollars from. So now I have to meet the wagering requirements before being able to cash out, no problem I understand that. So by the time I met the requirements I won 50 dollars. I try to withdrawal the money but it won’t let me because it says that I have to make a first time deposit before being able to withdraw which I’ve had to do on other casino apps and it was fine. So I deposit 15 dollars with my debit card and then try to withdraw again but now it tells me that you can not withdraw to debit cards that you either have to go to their casino to get the money which is far from me and the withdraw amount has to be at least 100 dollars or they can send you a check. I have used many casino apps and never experienced anything like this. They are thieves. You had no problem taking money right from my debit card but couldn’t deposit a withdraw to it. Which should have been stated when you go to make the deposit. CHOOSE ANOTHER APP *2025-09-06* This is hands down the worst casino app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. I deposited 50$ to try it out and was automatically opted in to their “125% match bonus” I’ve dealt with enough garbage casinos to know to check the wager requirements for bonuses. It came as no shock to see there’s was 20x. In other words, if you win 10$ you have to place 200$ worth of bets to claim the 10. Obviously you’ll likely run out of money before you actually wager 20x your winnings, but this is standard with the sub par casinos. Here’s where they REALLY get you: as soon as you start playing, your original deposit is combined with the bonus money and converted to “bonus funds”, subjecting even your own money to a 20x playthrough requirement with no way to withdrawal anything until the requirements are met. Stick to FanDuel, fanatics, or any of the other apps that don’t use predatory tactics to steal your money. You’re better off NOT using any promos here. That trick does not work anymore and I’m sure it shows when you look at the amount of people who signed up and never did anything after that ever again. Do you think those people stay with PlayLive after finding that out? I bet 90% of them leave FOREVER. The only people signing up for this online casino are ones who didn’t read the fine print and left. Even the Mohegan app does better than PlayLive with that, and it feels like it’s designed by a fifth grader. Putting absolutely unreasonable wagering requirements on sign up offers most users take by default will ALWAYS result in a bad reputation, and your reviews show it. The reviews also reflect an industry WORST rating. It’s time to adapt like the rest of the industry, or get left behind with the awful reputation PlayLive has when you ask anyone in PA about it. The answer is always: don’t download that app, it has two stars for a reason. Two stars in an App Store that shows a review score much higher than the true average. ### 1/5 — Worst casino app there is *2026-01-29, version 4.1.8* I play on a decent amount of casino apps, and I am honestly at a loss for words with this one. It became very clear very fast that the games are rigged. On every single one, it will build up the bonus levels to indicate you are on the verge, and it will never come. 5 spins, 20 spins, 100 etc., it will just continuously drain your balance.
