When I tried to join after downloading the app, I was told the email was taken. I thought perhaps I did register in the past and forgot about it. I then tried to use the forget password to reset the password. You know what? I never got any email links even though I am using the same email! ### 1/5 — Should not be allowed *2025-05-01, version 1.0.3* This app shouldn’t be allowed to exist. You can’t reserve public courts at a park if the park doesn’t have a reservation system. This app doesn’t have the authority or ability to manage any reservations. ### 1/5 — Poor system for the common player *2024-07-29, version 1.0.3* Booking through the app makes it harder for the average person to play. Every time I go on, all the courts near me are completely booked for 2 weeks out. I have had better luck of playing by just showing up in person and hoping for a “no-show” (there are frustratingly a large number of no-shows for these reservations). It’s not a great system and was clearly not thought out much before launching. This has made the tennis playing experience much more difficult in the city and I wish the people who created the app and the city officials had thought out a better system before launching this deficient application. ### 2/5 — Sure would be great to be able to sign in *2023-10-03, version 1.0.3* Everytime I try to sign in I get some kind of message saying I’m trying to access a page that I don’t have credentials for. ### 1/5 — Scam *2022-08-21, version 1.0.3* Arlington MA does not partner with this app. This scam app still lists the tennis courts in Arlington MA and with a price of $10 for each court.
