## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — This app is a joke!

*2026-03-28, version 1.0.3*

As I said, this app is a joke! When I tried to join after downloading the app, I was told the email was taken. I thought perhaps I did register in the past and forgot about it. I then tried to use the forget password to reset the password. You know what? I never got any email links even though I am using the same email!

### 1/5 — Should not be allowed

*2025-05-01, version 1.0.3*

This app shouldn’t be allowed to exist. You can’t reserve public courts at a park if the park doesn’t have a reservation system. This app doesn’t have the authority or ability to manage any reservations.

### 1/5 — Poor system for the common player

*2024-07-29, version 1.0.3*

Booking through the app makes it harder for the average person to play. Every time I go on, all the courts near me are completely booked for 2 weeks out. I have had better luck of playing by just showing up in person and hoping for a “no-show” (there are frustratingly a large number of no-shows for these reservations). It’s not a great system and was clearly not thought out much before launching. This has made the tennis playing experience much more difficult in the city and I wish the people who created the app and the city officials had thought out a better system before launching this deficient application.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2022-08-21, version 1.0.3*

Arlington MA does not partner with this app. This scam app still lists the tennis courts in Arlington MA and with a price of $10 for each court. It is a scam.

### 1/5 — Bad for the common player

*2022-03-15, version 1.0.1*

constantly exploited by commercial operations

### 1/5 — Was ok, no longer works

*2021-11-25, version 1.0.1*

I didn’t like the verification using credit card. Now it doesn’t work at all.

### 1/5 — Lots of bugs. Constantly have problems.

*2021-04-25, version 1.0.1*

My town uses it to reserve tennis courts. It is very frustrating.

### 1/5 — Webapp poorly designed

*2020-09-27, version 1.0.1*

Tha app is just a web app (running in a browser), poorly designed as one has to constanly restart the app to have it working properly. Can’t play local invest in a native app???

### 1/5 — Bugs Galore

*2020-09-06, version 1.0.1*

Almost unusable due to all the bugs and the frequency with which the whole app freezes. Ended up just going to the website instead.

It would also be nice if the app has the option to show courts that didn’t gave reservations available, just so I can see what courts you can even reserve.

### 1/5 — Quincy don't support this

*2015-09-20, version 1.0.1*

Quincy MA does not support this system. Take the Quincy courts off the list.

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — A must-have in Boston

*2015-06-26, version 1.0.1*

I've spent many frustrated evenings trying to find an open tennis court in Allston/Brighton. Reservations save a ton of wastes time. Play on!

### 2/5 — Sure would be great to be able to sign in

*2023-10-03, version 1.0.3*

Everytime I try to sign in I get some kind of message saying I’m trying to access a page that I don’t have credentials for.

### 2/5 — Buggy

*2021-04-30, version 1.0.1*

App freezes, crashes, opens a browser when trying to select a date.. unfortunately a poor execution of a good idea.

### 2/5 — Need improvements

*2020-08-18, version 1.0.1*

Lots of bugs, app constantly froze or not functioning properly.
