In Settings is there a Continuous Play feature? Mine play once and stops. ### 4/5 — Nice app *2017-01-18, version 1.4.2* Great app. Hope it continues to work in the future on my old iPhone 4 which I only use as a music player these days. Auto fill coming up keeps creeping off the screen as songs get played which is more an annoyance than an issue. The control is a great feature allowing you to sync up with the same program on another iPhone/iPod & iPad but do make sure your WiFi is strong because you will need a good send/recieve rate. Ive been using the programs on a weak connection & occasionally get drop outs/connection issues so im yet to blame the program! Aside from this issue the app is just shy of perfection for a customisable & enjoyable party mixture of the music you want! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Update error *2016-09-08* This app comes up twice as requiring an update, then after updating it does not leave. App store error, or vendor error? ### 1/5 — Worthless *2013-12-10* I just downloaded a new song and iTunes will not let me add it to a playlist from "Purchased". A forum suggested this app to add the song to a playlist on this iPod. Simply can't be done. The tutorial is worthless. Would love to use this to have more playback functionality at parties, but at a minimum it would have to support itunes sharing for us. Update: Many months have passed since valuable feedback was given and still no update to support home sharing??? This is a dealbreaker for me to consider upgrading to the paid version. Removing a star. ### 2/5 — Intrusive invitation to upgrade *2012-12-15* The invitation to upgrade to paid version breaks the connection between devices and forces user to reestablish all links. So much for a remote control that functiona only a few songs. ### 3/5 — Only works for a few minutes then disconnects. No support. *2023-11-08, version 1.4.5* I was really hopeful about this app and it does work very well initially. However after just a few minutes a dialogue pops up asking you to buy the HD version (which I absolutely would if only it actually was in the App Store which it isn’t, at least not in the UK anyway). Sadly when the dialogue appears it disconnects you and you can’t re-connect from the remote device. So unusable really. Very disappointed. I attempted to contact the developer but I have had no reply. 3 stars for the fact that it’s a very nice and useful app marred by the obvious. ### 3/5 — Could be used for parties - but needs more. *2011-10-17, version 1.0.1* I downloaded the free version only to preview whether or not the HD version was worth buying. But there are no images/covers in any of the lists, not even the Albums list. Most of my friends like using my Squeezebox system and browsing through a web browser or with an app like iPeng where they can see album artwork for everything. Can't open settings while music is playing - sometimes. This is clearly a transient bug. "Move to Top" isn't terribly useful for managing a playlist. Without full drag ability and insert/append/enqueue controls when adding other music, this isn't really gong to cut it during a party. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Excellent music player *2025-10-30, version 1.4.5* Have been using this for years. I am a performer and use it for backings, I particularly like that you can pause after each track. A bit puzzled because it keeps asking me to buy the full version, which I think I already have! ### 5/5 — Excellent music player *2025-10-29, version 1.4.5* Makes it very easy to organise tracks via playlists. Sound quality excellent. Importantly for me [I use it for backing for public performance] it can be programmed to stop after each track. ### 5/5 — Good for road trips *2018-09-10* I use this app on road trips to tailor my playlist to the people with me and the mood. It’s great for that. It keeps playing while I am picking out the next song, or the one that is going to play a little later. So, I reviewed and downloaded some others. This one is by far THE BEST! Only one thing that I'm missing. It needs the funtionality to automatically delete played songs from the queue.
