For example,it’s impossible for a real life player to get approved a name without putting number in there somewhere,but your bots got some really common names without any numbers in them. Makes them easy to spot, but not easy to beat… opposite in fact.smh. I won’t whine about the areas that need improvement, but they have many opportunities to choose from. One plus is their customer service - refreshingly quick, proficient, and responsive. Since the update on 25/26 July 2024, the app crashes anytime I attempt to log in - so I play on the Android version ### 3/5 — Fix your app *2024-07-25* Why is the app kicking me out halfway through a tournament after the break? I have often timed out when try to raise or reraise a strong hand. Very frustrating. I will continue to play this site on the internet using my desktop computer and I understand there's a desktop app as well that I with check out. However, now it crashes routinely, takes tokens during a match where the site goes down ( has happened multiple times ) and is so bug ridden as to make it almost unusable. They take a rake and do not mention it to any of the players. And the app is somehow rigged. I would not waste my time playin on poker here. Better off playing wsop or zynga.
