Needs to re-authenticate constantly. Bets and interface are slow. The UI glitches constantly. If there were any actual competition allowed, this would be the least popular product.

This could be the most clunky and slow betting app I have ever seen. The farthest thing from “real time” I’ve ever seen. 
Hangs up. Try to buy out a bet and it suddenly says “suspended”. Forces you to log in every few minutes. 
Brutal app by any betting app standard.

This app is terrible. If it’s going to make you sign in every 2 minutes at least give it the ability to use FaceID. Be better.

App functions horribly, betting options are 0/10. But, what would you expect from a government app. Just let us use FanDuel or any of the actual betting apps. This is about as bare bones and boring an experience you can get. Would not recommend.

This app is absolute trash! It makes you log into the website 80% of the time which renders it completely useless. Slow loads on odds and picks. The casino is your average scammy evolution garbage. Kudos to the gaming association for bringing it home. Pick a better provider though. You’re late to the party!

I’ve never used any other gambling apps, but this is the one for you if you want to sign in and verify your location settings every time you move to another page.  I placed one bet and had to sign in twice and allow location verification 3 times.  After logging in tried to use the “my bets” function which demanded I log in again but provided a dead link to do so.

can only make bets and cannot add money to balance have to go to website for that. Also will not allow me to see my settled bets. App sucks!

I didn’t appreciate not being able to make bets on world junior games in Sweden within an hour of the game. Lots of lines were locked out all the time. No live betting during the games. Not happy with how playnows process was

Good app for the most part. Need to stop signing me out. No other sports betting app does that. Also stop constantly asking for location. I’ve allowed the app to know my location, why am I still needing to say yes everytime I login

-Constantly signing in every 2 minutes will make your head explode.
-Very limited bets available other than your standard spread and over/under.
-SGP basically non existent.
-I used to bet futures if I found they had the best price but if you happen to ever get a cash out offer it’s awful. 
-App is hard to read and navigate, slow with glitches.
-No rewards, boosts or offers worth mentioning.
-It will be the book you use the least, might find a spread every once in a while during football season or a decent Futures price knowing that you won’t be able to get a cash out.

constantly having to log in is brutal. certain games will not load randomly. this app should be a lot better.
