### 4/5 — Fake rating players ~ bad experience

Many players are getting star ratings much more than there level of play since they mostly play with their friends. Maybe you need to track ratings if they usually play with same play-pals. For a new guy who wants to play at his level like advance ends up playing with amateur+ to intermediate level. Its frustrating to play with these fake rated players and their group.

Love the app. Minor bugs here and there are always expected not that I have come across any in the new updates. My request is that if you guys could add a paid or not tracker for the hosts to keep track of who's paid. 
1) Manually tick player if they've paid
2) If feasible add a paid ($) button or something of sorts in the game discussion chat which also updates the host's payment tracker.

Regarding your expenses settlement, the host and each player can mark themselves paid on the expenses section of the particular activity page. ### 4/5 — Request to add “no of hrs” filter

Hello Playo developer, it looks very good on the filter options added to the app.. I would recommended also to have the “No of hours” filter option to filter for how much hour a player wanted to play for.. example- I always recommend to play more than  an hour. Also if it is an hour game, I would like to play where only 5 players are in.. Many host keep 6pm Ayers for 1hr game. It does not feel effective at least for me.. it would be appreciated if added “no of hours” filter.

The app and the idea behind it are very useful, but lately I’ve been facing a lot of loading issues. After the recent updates, it takes a very long time for pages to load, and the error page appears quite frequently.

I wish the app would stay simple and focus on working smoothly. Instead, it seems like more features are being added while the overall experience has become worse, even for basic and straightforward functions.

I don’t understand why the app doesn’t allow you to create games when you have already logged into the account using your email address. The app keeps prompting to enter the phone number for OTP. Even after entering the phone number it doesn’t send an OTP. The app should allow users to use email or phone number to get login completed. The developers need to fix this issue.

The option of rehost from old events not even carry forward te timings. the players who regularly hoat on daily basis, it’s a headache to fill all tye details. 

app should allow us to carry forward everything when we select rehost with only date should be asked. or do hosting with options such as repeated for complete week or complete month or only weekdays on same time. which will be good to have

### 1/5 — Terrible UX

The latest update was terrible and it is frustrating to find games with all the filters on top. Please roll back to the previous layout and keep it simple.

Also please adjust the skill filter. It is kind of hard to find games when there is a long list of games. The problem is most of the hosts set the level open till the highest level. If I want to play with advance players only, the skill filter doesn’t help as it includes these games as well. If I select the skill levels as advanced and professional, I am expecting the filter to exclude the games with beginner, amateur and intermediate levels. Right now I have to scroll through this long list to find a game.

Dear Kartik, while i am using playo since past 4 years now, on and off and really enjoying, thanks for that but here is my critique feedback. I am using playo just for booking badminton court, (that i could have done after once booking via playo and rest directly contacting manager of court). I believe the another thing i wanted to use playo was for peer to peer game/feedback. Back earlier i was having my group and use to just use playo for booking. No peer feedback/community needed, now after moving to different city with no group i am requesting people to let me in their game, sometimes dropping my own number also so i can pay immediately for their assurance not backing out at last moment but here is catch Nobody’s care’s to respond to query/game request, for me it’s deliemmatic waiting, whether person is gonna accept it. Even facebook has option to accept or reject it, but community here just keeps request on hanging for last minute and many a times even after crossing time limit. What’s the point of community app, if their is no clear yes or no for it, just call it sports center booking app, don’t sell it for community app then.
I hope something you will definitely workaround for betterment of this, either penalty or incentive or something else to solve it out.
