If the app loses connection with the chat servers, I get a 404 message. Okay, fine. I get it. Disconnections happen. However, there is no refresh button or establish connection app or anything we can do to attempt to reestablish the connection to the servers. The only way I’ve found is to shut my phone off and turn it back on. It’s pretty frustrating.
