Waited to do another one once I had built up a nice sum. The second one has been pending for almost two weeks. I opened a ticket with the support team after a few days. They responded that day, and then stopped responding. It shows when they are online, but I still haven’t heard back from them. ### 2/5 — Gems *2026-01-28* I was playing a game for gems I reached level 102 but I’m suppose to do 100 it’s been over 48 hours and I never got my 215 gems I’m so mad ughh ### 1/5 — Personal Information *2026-01-01* When I went to fill out a survey, it asked for my Date of Birth, my Zipcode, and other information that’s personal. May I suggest $.10 to .15 Which if you add up you get to cash out faster. Please Don’t Waste People’s Time By Screening them out without a Small Percentage of the money they’re promised. **Developer response:** Hey there, thanks so much for the review! Unfortunately screen-outs are part of any app/platform that provides surveys to users. These happen on the survey-researchers' sides, not ours, so they are somewhat out of our control. With that said, we DO take into account what genre/type of surveys our users get screened out on, and through that process we provide more relevant surveys to our users which in turn means that our users are more likely to get a "survey complete". In summary, the more surveys you attempt, the higher the rate of survey completion will be! In regards to the survey attempt reward, we have been considering this, and it is very possible that we will implement this in a future update! I spent my time collecting gems and when it was time to payout I never received my money. It said cash out pending for days. I tried contacting support and for days I’ve yet to hear anything from them.. I repeat this app is a scam and the support team provides little to no help. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2026-03-09* I did one withdrawal and every thing was fine. Now it’s stopped working. I click on the daily chest and it doesn’t add any points to my score. Game I was playing and it was the one where I got enough points to cash out has also stopped updating points.
