Very quick to take your money to place bets but when withdrawing your money they will force you to wait for 72 hours and still only get part of the process complete. Customer service is also terrible, they hung up on me and left the chat when I needed support. This is the worst app and still waiting for my money SMHHHH!!!!

I have been waiting over a month for my account to be verified! I sent in my ID, then two weeks later they say they need a utility bill. I sent in my utility bill three weeks ago and still nothing! I’m convinced SH customer service is just one dude, working part time. I guess you don’t want my business?? Okay then, I’ll take all my action to DraftKings and FanDuel and never spend a penny with you. Screw SugarHouseCT.

Withdrew my winnings and it says “allow up to 14 days”, well i’m on day 18 and the customer support is not great.
Edit: I am past a month. No check.

I spend way too much time trying to sign on this app. It constantly locks my account until I change password…call support and they are useless…they do not LISTEN!  I have to Change password each and every time I sign in….insanity

SH offers a strong menu and fast, easy withdrawals. The consistent profit boosts are a nice bonus. It’s been almost a year now and I really haven’t had any issues.

I like this site a lot but I wish there were more cash out options available on future bets and I wish there were not so many hold ups and restrictions delaying withdrawals vs other sites in ct.  thanks
