Schaust mittags rein, Platz um 18:00 39€. Organisierst 3 Spieler, schaust ne halbe Stunde später nochmal in der App, kostet dann einfach 59€. ### 3/5 — They need to add “No Show” rating *2026-08-27, version 6.87.0* Playtomic would be better if we could rate people/ mark people as “absent/no show” so that there is a history of them no-showing matches. That way players can prepare if someone has no showed 3 matches in a row and they sign up for our match. Recently, there have been “new” players who’ve signed up for matches and they no show and none of us know the actual player. It would be great if we had an option for all 3 players who do show to mark the 4th as a no show and it shows up on their public profile where their icon is grayed out as a no show for that specific match. So when other people check out their profile they see what matches they no showed. Also there should be quarterly adjustments to people’s levels if they’ve been playing consistently. They should have the opportunity to change their level. ### 3/5 — Good but confusing *2026-08-19, version 6.86.0* FOR DEVS: If you only want to play one sport why do you have to constantly see other sports options in the app and have to constantly change to the one I want? When I book my weekly tennis sessions the default sport is always padel, even though I have no interest whatsoever in that. Every week I have to change it. Please make a general option available on the settings to select the sports you want to include in the app (tennis, padel, pickleball, etc.) and then completely remove all the non-selected ones from bookings, matches, play, etc. I made so many mistakes booking sessions for padel when I just wanted to book for tennis. Thank you ### 4/5 — Needs waiting lists for activities *2026-08-14, version 6.85.0* Padel Mates offers waiting lists which make it fair when people book loads of activities and then cancel at the last minute. You either have to keep checking if something has come up or be notified by the person cancelling via a WhatsApp group which in my case is a She serves group which means men don’t get notified. Waiting lists are much fairer way of dealing with cancellations. ### 3/5 — Took money twice *2026-08-12, version 6.85.0* I tried to book on to a court. It took the money but then said there was an issue and didn’t book me on. However the support is limited, and they allow some users to arbitrarily leave matches early well not allowing other players to leave matches at the same time for the same reason. ### 1/5 — Very disappointing first experience *2026-08-09, version 6.84.0* Very disappointing experience, especially as a first-time user. I booked a private padel game for 4 players, but only 2 of us joined. I assumed the booking would automatically be cancelled if the 4 players weren’t confirmed, as this is how other padel apps work. Unfortunately, Playtomic does not work this way, and I ended up paying £22 for a session we cannot use. I contacted Playtomic support several times, but they were unable to offer a refund or even Playtomic credit as a goodwill gesture, and simply referred me back to the club’s cancellation policy. I understand that policies exist, but I think this should be much clearer during the booking process, especially for first-time users. Unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about using Playtomic again. ### 2/5 — App is great, rating system terrible *2026-08-09, version 6.84.0* The app works really well and is very easy to use. The massive downside is the algorithm for ratings. You get punished for taking on harder games and rewarded for taking on easier ones. Easy 5* if they fixed this, it’s so frustrating. ### 4/5 — Why did I pay? *2026-08-05, version 6.84.0* So I paid for premium and nothing happened and I keep getting asked to become premium member. When you split the cost between four players, it places a holding charge on the remaining players’ shares. Even after everyone has paid and the match has been played, that hold can stay on your account for up to a week. My question is: what’s the point? It’s incredibly frustrating when I want to book another game but won't because money is still being held from a match that was fully paid for and finished days ago. I started having a problem with paying via Apple Pay last week and have checked the details and reinstalled the app to no avail. The bot gave generic responses and failed to respond to specific queries about Apple Pay or my provider. No way of removing me from chat. Customer support is an AI bot that is useless. The premium services’ other benefits are not worth the money if you work a normal job like most people. I just wanted to change a the time of my booking to another slot which was also available and was impossible to do. The club cannot change bookings made on the app and no one is available to help with such a simple request. Really bad support service and no phone number available, just a chat bot which goes round in circles and cannot assist with basic requests ### 1/5 — Bad monopoly *2026-08-16, version 6.85.0* This app has several areas of improvement, make changes with other players, court’s messaging, ranking system. ### 1/5 — No Customer Service Offered *2026-08-14, version 6.85.0* Only offers an AI chat support. Which leaves a lot of gaps on app issues that are unresolvable through the app. ### 1/5 — Best and worst app *2026-08-14, version 6.85.0* This app is so good at booking into open matches. However the scoring system is flawed, your reliability has too much of a factor, and you don’t get much of a boost for beating better players than you. The AI - live chat is HORRIFIC. 2 times I’ve had issues and got no where. I ask for a human and don’t get anywhere. This feature where you can turn private matches public needs BIG improvements: 1) I didn’t realise I’m paying for everyone and anyone who joins gets a free / cheap game. Why don’t I get money back?? 2) if I’m paying for it, why am I playing against people with scores so much lower than me. If I’m paying why don’t I have control of who I play against. I have raised both of these issues (scoring + turning a private matche to public) with the live chat and got no where. Just more frustration and anger.
