Opens to a Home Screen and that is all.

App opens to a Home Screen image but has zero functionality. No buttons to tap to move off this opening Home Screen image. Is this app supposed to actually do something? It is Liiterally just a picture of 2 kids with some chemistry lab glassware and a hashtag #KidsLearnBestThroughPlayz, but absolutely nothing else.
