I downloaded the app but when you click on the Plaza+ section all I get is a grey screen. It doesn't matter if you switch from Caribe to Americas, same thing happens. I sent a screenshot to support and all they said was “reinstall the app” which did nothing to solve the issue. You can also check all the stores there are and see the discounts you can get in places which is also good. I’m an employee so I get good discounts as well. But not being employee doesn’t mean you don’t get discounts.
