All their ads and offers claim a 25% discount and 15 minutes delivery which lures customers to install this app. None of which is true. Upon installing the app you find that 25% offer is only for first order, you’re like oh well. When you add medicines to the cart you finally discover 25% only applied to prescription medicines, you accept it since you don’t want the hassle of building another cart elsewhere. You see a discount applied to the prescription medicines in your cart. When you go to the payment stage, they sneakily remove all discount hoping no one will notice. When I reached out to their customer care they tell you it’s because all medicines in the cart should be prescription medicines so it’s a perfectly valid thing for them to remove the discount at payment stage sneakily. It doesn’t end here, the medicines which were promised to be delivered in 15 mins take >1 day to arrive, in batches. Please beware before locking yourself in with this app. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Delayed services *2026-03-25* Truly unhappy with the service..24 min changed to 35 min once order was placed then after one hour they say that because of increase delivery few min running late..how is 1hour 35 min few min delay.. Plus delivery person couldn’t even communicate basics..truely worst service ever ### 1/5 — Pathetic Experience –Prescription Approved, Order Cancelled, Refund Missing *2026-03-17* I paid ₹236 for my order, submitted my doctor’s prescription, and even got it approved after their verification call. Despite that, my order was cancelled from their side without any clear reason. What’s worse is that I have only received ₹118 as a refund so far. The remaining amount is still not credited, and there’s no clear explanation on what the deduction is for. This feels like an unnecessary and unfair charge. This kind of behavior breaks customer trust. Taking money from customers, cancelling orders after approval, and not issuing full refunds shows a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly caution others to be careful before ordering. Hoping the company takes responsibility and resolves this instead of giving vague responses. Really disappointed with this experience. Never Recommend to my family and friends. ### 1/5 — DO NOT ORDER from this app *2026-03-16* It claims to be 24x7 but it does not deliver at night. I ordered emergency medicine at 5 AM. While at the time of ordering it was showing 20 mins for delivery. It did not deliver at all. No phone call received from doctor. Also, customer care number had auto-reply saying ‘outside our working hours’. WhatsApp support also did not reply. Despite this, we were asked to wait 30 minutes, but ended up waiting for over an hour. In the end, the order was cancelled due to issues on your side. I had to take the medicine in night so ordered that…. suddenly the support is telling that it will get delivered next day morning. Why would I wait till night for that. It has now been over two hours, and my medicines still haven’t been delivered. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating. Customer support is completely unresponsive, and the delivery partner doesn’t answer calls. I repeatedly requested that the order be cancelled so I could purchase the medicines elsewhere, but every time I was told it would be delivered “shortly.” Despite those assurances, nothing happened, and my cancellation requests were ignored. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it involves medicines that people may urgently need. After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in the platform and will not be using this app again. ### 1/5 — Not Delivering and No Response *2026-06-14* It’s been 2 days I have ordered the medicine, I have completed the payment even though, I don’t know why the company says they are delivering in minutes if they didn’t mean it, I have checked with help desk, they even not replying why there is a delay and a chat got is there which is of no help, keeps on saying it will get delivered when it’s out of delivery. Then at least notify me what’s been going on? Even if you are not able to deliver please initiate my refund. What the hell has been going on with your company!! ### 1/5 — Order delayed *2026-06-10* They were showing 55 mins to deliver the order while ordering, later for the delivery it went on and on even after 2 hours it is still showing 55 mins to deliver and it never came down; the tracker shows the delivery executive is almost covering east Bangalore; so need to be careful about the medicine handling process. Good thing is they were very quick in cancelling the order when requested; no efforts made to expedite order delivery before cancelling. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2026-06-05* Very bad experience. The delivery was promised within 10 minutes, but it has already been over 1 hour and 10 minutes. Even now, the delivery person has informed me that it will take another 10 minutes. Such a significant delay is highly disappointing and unacceptable, especially when a much shorter delivery time was initially promised. I request you to look into this matter and improve the accuracy of delivery timelines provided to customers. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Service *2026-05-31* Ordered urgent medicines as they say that will be delivered in 30 mins. The order got re-assigned twice and delivery delayed by 4 hrs, support team is unresponsive, kept asking them to cancel the order but they didn’t even bother to reply back. The only thing they kept saying was we’ll prioritise the delivery and you’ll have the order delivered soon. Soon means - 4.5 hrs. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic *2026-05-29* Absolutely incredible service. The app has been confidently showing “14 mins away” for the last 2 hours straight. At this point I think the delivery partner is coming from another dimension where time doesn’t move. I ordered medicine while I was at the office because I trusted the ETA. I was supposed to leave at 10 PM. It’s now 11:31 PM and I’m still sitting in the office staring at the same magical “14 mins” countdown like it’s a live comedy show. Honestly, hats off to the app developers for creating the world’s first immortal 14 minutes. Einstein would be proud. Next time I need medicine urgently, I’ll probably recover naturally before the order arrives. ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2026-05-20* Placed the order at 6:30 PM because the app promised 1-hour delivery. It’s been over 3 hours now and it still says ‘1 hour more’. Medicine delivery delayed this badly is unacceptable — and at this rate it probably won’t even arrive today. Never using this app again. ### 1/5 — Do not order during an emergency *2026-04-30* This is the worst app you could find on the App store. They’ll say they’ll deliver it within 15~20mins and it’s been more than an hour and still there is no status update on the order. The doctor’s number displayed on the app says outside business hours. Their WhatsApp support is just pathetic. I love the order tracking feature! ### 5/5 — Delivered on Promised time *2026-01-13, version 6.0.0* Needed some urgent medicine got it on time. ### 5/5 — A smooth experience *2025-05-03* So it happened to be on of the days of Ramadan where we fast from 5:00 AM to 6:30PM (time is just for reference) and I had a medicine prescribed by doctor to have before starting the fast, only to realise that I dint have that available with me, as am active on LinkedIn, I gotto know about Plazza from there and it was the first thing that came to my mind, as other players take 30 mins to 2 hours. I opened the app to know that they don’t have the exact named medicine however they have an alternative ( they have in house pharmacists and doctors to aid).
