## What is PLCC Operations?

PLCC Operations is an internal-use application for managing daily operations at a private community club.

The app provides tools for:
- Security check-in and guest tracking
- Lifeguard scheduling and management
- Staff operations and activity logging

This app is intended for authorized staff use only.

What's New

• Guest check in now checks the guest address against Pinecliff Lake streets, so residents who are not members can no longer be signed in as a guest, with a message pointing them to plccmembership@gmail.com to join
• Guest address entry now autocompletes as you type, so staff can select a real address instead of typing the full thing out
• Admins can override the residency check for edge cases, and every override is logged with the worker, guest, and address for the record
• Badge lookup now shows how many kids are registered to a household and how many have already checked in that day, so staff can spot kids that are not part of the family right away
• General performance improvements to guest check in

• Payroll export now uses a week picker — tap Export Payroll on either the security or lifeguard side to choose any of the last 8 Monday–Sunday work weeks. Each week shows how many shifts were completed.

• Security schedule redesigned to match the lifeguard schedule — calendar at the top, tap a day to see shifts, compact rows with edit and trash buttons, and an Add Shift button next to the selected date.

• Lifeguard schedule entry is now faster — tap a day on the calendar, shifts for that day appear immediately below, tap Add Shift to open a sheet and fill in the details without scrolling.

• Stability improvements and bug fixes.

• Fixed an issue on the Lifeguard side where completed sessions were not showing hours worked.
• Fixed the Lifeguard admin check-out feature — open shifts now correctly pair with their check-out after an admin submits one.
• Added Edit, Admin Check Out, and Delete actions to Lifeguard admin time tracking sessions.
• Added Edit and Delete actions to Security admin time clock records.
• AED Checklist Inspected By field now auto-fills with the logged-in admin's name and is read-only.
• Fixed "Damage" label on the AED Checklist to read "Damage Check" to avoid ambiguity.
• Fixed the AED Checklist export — now produces a professionally formatted PDF instead of a plain text file.
• Fixed the raw timestamp on the AED Record detail screen — Created date now displays in a readable format.
• Updated app icon.

Coverage Requests redesigned — workers now select directly from their scheduled shifts when submitting a coverage request
Fixed an issue where coverage requests would fail to submit due to a database configuration mismatch
Improved error handling for shift scheduling — the app now notifies users if a shift change fails to save instead of silently failing
Fixed an issue where approving or denying shift change requests would not always save correctly
Fixed shift times throughout the lifeguard module to display in 12-hour format (AM/PM)
Added new staff member to the AED Checklist inspector list
