## What is Please Follow?

You didn't go to the event to collect cards — you went to meet people. Please Follow-Up makes sure every one of them hears from you.

CHECK IN AT THE EVENT — Tell the app where you are and which business you're representing. Everyone you add files under that event, and your own card is one tap away as a QR code people can scan.

ADD PEOPLE IN SECONDS — Scan a business card, scan their LinkedIn QR code, share a profile from LinkedIn, or type them in. Every card is read by AI, so the awkward ones come out right: a company set as a logo, text up the side, numbers with no labels. It tells you which fields to double-check.

CONNECT ON THE SPOT — Copy a ready-made LinkedIn connection note and open their profile in one tap.

NEVER LOSE THE CONTEXT — Jot down what you talked about, or get a reminder a few hours later while it's still fresh.

FOLLOW-UPS THAT SOUND LIKE YOU — Talk it through with the AI coach, then get a personal email, text or LinkedIn message written from your notes in your business's voice. Nothing sends until you approve it.

KNOW WHERE EVERY LEAD STANDS — Needs a note, awaiting reply, replied, gone cold. A short reminder email (daily, weekly or off — your choice) lists who's waiting on you.

PHONE + WEB — Everything syncs with the web app, so you can work your pipeline from a real keyboard. Represent more than one business? Keep each one's leads and voice separate.

EARLY ACCESS
Everything is included while Please Follow-Up is in early access. There's no subscription and nothing to buy. Each month comes with a generous allowance for the AI that reads cards and writes messages, and the cards your phone reads on its own are always free.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.5 — 2026-10-22

Follow-ups that sound like follow-ups.

• A message written for someone you have already contacted now reads as one. It knows what was said between you, and picks up from there instead of introducing you a second time.

• Chasing stops. After four messages with no reply the queue gives up on a lead and tells you it did, with the reason. You can start it again any time, and you choose the number.

• Replies you send from Outlook yourself now land on the lead's timeline, so the app stops treating someone you have already answered as still waiting on you.

• The mailbox watch reads a full two weeks again. It had been stopping after the most recent sixty messages, which on a busy mailbox is about six days.

• Where you met someone can now be more than one place, and a draft can be pointed at whichever time you mean.

• A new app icon.

### 2.0.4 — 2026-10-14

Point your camera at an event flyer and the event fills itself in.

• Event flyers. Share a flyer, a screenshot or a PDF and the app reads the name, the date and the venue, then builds the event for you.

• You can meet someone more than once. Keep adding places to a lead as you run into them again, picking an event or just typing where it was. Where you met now shows on the leads list and on scheduled follow-ups, and you can filter for the people missing one.

• Drafts that know which time you mean. The message opens with the last place you saw them, and you can pick a different one before it's written. Someone you keep running into gets "good seeing you again" instead of an introduction.

• A quieter app. No page titles, no stat strips, nothing stacked on top of the thing you came for. Every tab opens straight onto its content.

• Drafts that sound like you. The app learns from the messages you actually send, uses everything you dictate, and opens an email the way a person would.

• Replies land faster. The app checks for answers on its own through the day, so a follow-up never goes out to someone who already wrote back.

• Your designed signature now travels to your phone, where most of your email comes from.

### 2.0.3 — 2026-10-12

Follow-ups that send themselves, and a feed that tells you where you stand.

• Scheduled messages. The app writes the next follow-up from your notes, shows it to you with a clock on it, and sends it on its own unless you change it, hold it or stop it.

• Say it instead of typing it. A microphone on your notes, on a lead's activity, and on the draft itself, so you can talk through what should change.

• Activity. One feed of what you sent, who wrote back, and who has gone quiet, with filters, for a single lead or across everyone.

• Scanning. QR codes are now their own scan, separate from business cards, and a card with a code printed on it is read as a card again.

• Approve a whole stack of freshly scanned cards at once.

• See how many AI messages you have left this month, on every screen.

### 2.0.2 — 2026-10-06

Same app as 2.0.1, with the App Store screenshots brought up to date so they show the current design.

Recently in Please Follow-Up:

• Tap Scan and you're straight in the camera. No event needed first, you can add one later.
• Cards read in the background, so you can keep scanning while the AI works. New ones wait under Recently scanned, where you add a note and approve.
• QR codes on cards and badges come back with a name, whether they point at LinkedIn, a contact file or a website.
• Your email with a lead lands on their timeline on its own, including replies sent from a different address.
• Signatures and quoted replies are left out of the timeline, and two email conversations with the same person are shown separately.

### 2.0.1 — 2026-10-05

Faster scanning, and a timeline that reads like a conversation:

• Tap Scan and you're straight in the camera. No event needed first, you can add one later.
• Cards now read in the background, so you can keep scanning or typing while the AI works. New ones wait under Recently scanned, where you add a note and approve.
• QR codes on cards and badges now come back with a name, whether they point at LinkedIn, a contact file or a website.
• Your email with a lead lands on their timeline on its own, including replies they send from an address that isn't the one on their card.
• Signatures, quoted replies and footers are left out of the timeline, and two email conversations with the same person are shown as two conversations.
• A tidier lead page and tidier lists: less taken up at the top, sort by name, and plain labels on the activity box.
