## What is PLEAV?

Pleav helps two parents figure out the hardest scheduling puzzle of a new arrival: who's off when, for how long, and what it adds up to.

Enter your due date and each parent's leave allowances — parental leave, PTO, sick days, unpaid time — and Pleav instantly builds three starter plans:

• OVERLAP — both parents home together at the start
• STAGGER — back-to-back leave for the longest continuous coverage
• BALANCED — a middle path

Then make it yours. Drag, resize, split, and delete leave blocks on a working-day timeline with real calendar dates, weekends shaded, and your due date anchored. Every edit updates your remaining balances, key dates, and coverage runway live — with undo.
