Why can’t I just swipe a credit card like at a gas station. This app and the entire charging infrastructure in Italy is such a joke. The worst system with the most problems any where in Europe. I drive my Tesla all over the EU. App runter laden und nun Registrieren. Jetzt fängt die Datenkrake an. Ohne SteuerId als Privatperson nicht möglich. Le prime 4 volte che ho provato a inserire i dati della carta per poter iniziare una ricarica venivo rimandato alla schermata “ops si è verificato un problema”. La quarta volta, magicamente, ha funzionato. In più se ci sono più colonnine vicino è difficile capire a quale ti stai attaccando. Inizio la ricarica, sulla colonnina e sulla macchina risulta in carica ma dall’ applicazione, per tutto il tempo, mostra solo la schermata di attivazione della ricarica. Impossibile fermare la ricarica prima del 100%. Ho provato ad aggiornare la schermata, chiudere e riaprire l’ applicazione ma non è servito a nulla. Alla fine ho dovuto chiamare l’ assistenza alle 2 di notte e una ragazza molto gentile mi ha disattivato la ricarica da remoto. ### 3/5 — Login con Facebook non va più da un mese *2025-10-15, version 5.15* In più ogni quasi volta che mi serve e la apro mi richiede di rileggermi, è uno stress, ho altre app che semplicemente vanno, anzi, alcuni mi avvisano che devo aggiornare ma se ho fretta si lasciano usare e le aggiorni dopo. Inoltre da un po’ di tempo c’è un problema con le posizioni delle colonnine, a volte sono mostrate nella posizione sbagliata, a volte sono mostrate giuste in questa app o su Mappe Tomtom/Apple/Google ma in altre app di di ricarica o navigazione sono mostrate lontane da dove sono realmente, e sicuramente i dati che prendono sono trasmessi dall’operatore. L’ho installata stamattina e ho tentato più volte di accedere, ma continuava a dire che il codice era stato inviato al mio numero di telefono e non ho mai ricevuto nulla. Ho ripetuto questa procedura più volte e ci ho provato anche con i numeri di telefono di altre due famiglie, tutto invano. Ich möchte den Preis sehen und bezahlen. Kein Geburtsdatum und noch mehr Müll eingeben. Werdet erwachsen. ### 3/5 — Funzionale ma con due grossi caveat *2025-08-23, version 5.13.1* L’applicazione funziona, non ha impuntamenti e tutto sommato è ragionevolmente veloce. Non sopporto la parte dei giochi/ premi, mi sembra più da ludopatici, ma è una cosa molto comune per chi ha programmi fedeltà, quindi sorvolabile. Cosa che non mi è piaciuto è la ricarica del borsellino da minimo 50 euro con durata massima 6 mesi (poi evaporano? A saperlo…). Non è accettabile è l’assenza di notifiche o un widget per il monitoraggio costante. Se vi dimenticate di toglierla può scattare un salasso mica da poco… e l’app in questo non vi aiuta. Insomma: occhio, buone tariffe ma gli utilizzatori occasionali (o disattenti) possono farsi male. ### 2/5 — Overcomplicated, sends a lot of spam *2025-08-18, version 5.13.1* I just wanted to charge my car. Downloaded the app, registered. Unchecked the marketing email option. Then added all information about my car. Then I wanted to charge but app asked for billing information where I needed to fill all the information one more time. I've given app and uninstalled the app. Next day I've got the marketing email... ### 1/5 — kein Test ohne private Anmeldung *2025-08-16, version 5.13.1* leider muss man hier erstmal alle Daten preisgeben bevor man die App überhaupt mal testen kann. We are in Italy vacationing trying desperately to charge our rental car- to no avail. This app does not accept Apple Pay or Google pay (both say “coming soon”- likely indefinitely) and when you try to upload a CC- it gives and error code- both on IPhone and on my friend’s Android. Multiples re-authenfication à faire. Des informations superflues mélangées à des informations obligatoires. Un affichage carte non nécessaire à proximité et imprécis. Et… bien entendu une recharge qui n’a jamais fonctionné. Par dessus tout - va t’on devoir installer autant d’apps qu’il y a de fournisseurs? Partager autant de données personnelles que de fournisseurs? Je ne parle même pas du branding vert pour dissimuler eni - quel intérêt? Worst onboarding absolutely worst app ### 1/5 — Zuverlässigkeit der App und des Bezahlsystems muss deutlich besser werden. *2026-06-21* Die App wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielversprechend, in der Praxis hatte ich jedoch regelmäßig Probleme mit der Zahlungsautorisierung. Trotz verschiedener hinterlegter Zahlungsmittel kam es immer wieder zu Autorisierungsfehlern, sodass ich den Support kontaktieren musste, um Ladevorgänge freizuschalten. Gerade im Urlaub ist das äußerst ärgerlich. Schade, denn das Ladenetz ist in Italien eigentlich gut ausgebaut. Auch andere Nutzer berichten von ähnlichen Problemen mit Zahlungen und der App-Stabilität. Dopo averla scaricata ed essermi registrato ho fatto un giro esplorativo per prendere confidenza con le varie funzioni. La prima ricarica, a parte un piccolo problema tecnico velocemente risolto con l’aiuto del supporto, è stata di facile gestione. Il tempo di collegare il cavo, selezionare la colonnina ed avviarla. Über die APP starten hat immer funktioniert ob in Italien, Österreich oder Deutschland. Einmal hin die App und habe mein IPhone 13 neu gestartet, danach war wieder alles OK. Klar das reinzoomen könnte besser sein. Einen Filter habe ich nicht benutzt. Die schnelleren Lader sind alle mit einem Blitz versehen.
