Switching to Emby. Plex doubled down on a fundamentally broken UI. None of my family knows how to use this app and I’m finding myself to be tech support every other day. 

Best way my friend described it is “something is always wrong and I started to feel bad asking for help”

This app was outstanding for many years, but the redesign update completely ruined every single aspect of this app. Now this week they update it once again and somehow made it even worse. I get updates the fix a large number of issues and accidental introducing a few new issues. This isn’t that by any stretch of the imagination being they just keep adding bugs and never fixing any of the previous bugs. I genuinely wish they would bring back the old app and test this version before full release. Instead I have to consider dumping plex entirely for an alternative… Plex Devs please do better.

The fact that some people still have older phones like I still have an 8 phone and you can’t get on stuff like this.This is so wrong to just have hire people that have higher numbers on their phone that can afford phones. I can’t even hardly afford my rent for the food on my table or the bills and yet this is just unfair to a lot of people.
