## What is Plext?

Plext allows users to communicate anonymously by sending and receiving text messages through license plate numbers. Users of Plext can easily send a text to anyone's license plate number, the owner of the vehicle will receive the message. 

Plext Uses:
Perhaps someone left their lights on and you'd like to let them know. Maybe a car is being towed but the owner is not aware, or there is a car blocking your driveway but you have no way of getting ahold of the driver. Now with Plext, you can. If you can see a plate number, you can use it like a phone number with Plext and send a text message to that plate number. If the driver is a user of Plext, they will get the message instantly. Even if you are not yet a Plext user, Plext stores the messages and will deliver the proper message to the proper vehicle owner once they become a user. See who has been messaging you with Plext. Please don't Plext and drive, Plext and park. It's safer.

I assume they just gave up. Can’t log in, can’t create a new account. Can’t do anything with the app. I get an error message when it tries to send my phone a code either way

I've had this app for quite a while now and have sent several messages about terrible drivers.  This app can be used to let people know how bad or good their driving is.  Or if you see someone cute next to you, you could reach them using this app as long as they have it too. 
I'd recommend it to anyone who spends time on the road be it a driver (don't text and drive), passengers, bike riders, or anyone.  
I had a slight issue where my plates had been registered but the developer fixed it and allowed me to register my plates within hours.

Not worth the time to download. And I have a very high speed connection.

This is a good idea but if the person you are trying to contact is not a user no message will be delivered. It would be a nice addition if you could get a plex bumper sticker as a user (possibly with QR code) so people who use the app know the car is connected and the message will go through. Otherwise leaving a note on a car windshield is probably better.

No reason not to have this app on your phone. I was able to alert a stranger they were about to get a parking ticket. It was nice to get a response how grateful they were and help some one.
