You have kind of this counselor that helps you with any questions you may have about really any topic regarding your future career path, college, etc. I love how there’s this section where people my age can share their own questions and concerns and other peers will help them out! At first, I thought it needed an update so I went on the app here and saw that others were complaining about the same thing upon opening the app. I would give this review zero stars if I could, but I can do the next best thing: DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP. You’ll only get frustrated with it randomly closing. If you must use Plexuss, use the web site on your tablet and/or computer because this is not any more convenient than it claims to be. I’m giving it a low rating because of this and I am going to uninstall this app because it’s no use to me if I can’t use it. Shouldn’t make entering the school that one attends a requirement if not all schools are in the program. But here's a pretty major problem I'm facing- the app keeps crashing! Everytime I open the app and try to edit my profile or complete my application, the app just shuts down. Restarting my phone, clearing its RAM, and restarting the app has not helped. It is very easy to find scholarships and awesome student loans. From there I was interested in their Mycounselor feature. Essentially this feature allows you to communicate with a real life academic counselor who can answer your questions. This really helped me understand what I needed to do now to get to my goal. About a month later I also discovered the Prime Plexuss option. For the price of a Netflix subscription who have access to unlimited tutoring.
