It is slow, non-intuitive, and constantly disappoints. If you pause a program for a while and come back, the app does not open. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app three times today. The app loads my license just fine, but to access any of the content - videos, practice questions, anything - it has to open a browser window. What’s the point of having an app if I have to use a browser window to access the content?
