Dies ging bis heute auch problemlos. Heute fordert die App jedoch ein Update, für diese Update brauche ich ios 16.6 oder neuer. Diesse Updates kann ich auf meinem iPad air 2 jedoch nicht runterladen weil es nicht unterstützt wird. Somit ist die App und das Abo für mich leider wertlos, weil ich es nicht mehr nutzen kann. However, I’ve noticed that many videos lately don’t explain why certain exercises are being done. As someone who is older, I truly believe it’s important to understand which muscle groups you’re targeting to get the most effective stretch. It’s really vital for me to know what’s needed for my body. I hope that in the first 30 seconds, videos could briefly explain which area you’re focusing on, so everyone can follow along safely and effectively. ### 1/5 — Don’t Subscribe *2026-07-09, version 3.35.1* I was a long time user and I canceled my yearly subscription a few months ago. Fast forward to today, I was billed for another yearly subscription. I reached out to have them cancel and refund within 24hrs of the charge. Customer support team was unwilling to assist. Do not subscribe. Their customer support is awful. ### 1/5 — Predatory Policies *2026-07-07, version 3.34.0* Don’t sign up. Please send an email to support@pliability.com If you are having any issues managing your subscription, we're happy help! ### 1/5 — Misleading trial period *2026-06-30, version 3.34.0* Their welcome email said my free trial “ends on Saturday June 13th” and to “cancel anytime before your trial ends.” I cancelled on the 13th, the date they gave me, and was still charged. Support’s explanation was that the 13th is actually billing day and the trial ended before it, which directly contradicts the end date in their own email. App’s fine; the trial-end wording is misleading and they won’t reverse a charge made on the date they told you to cancel by. Check your exact renewal time, not just the date. Update: interpretation is a bit of a stretch. Their advertising and welcome email clearly state a 7 day free trial. But it’s actually a 6 day trial as they bill you on the 7th day. Also, they don’t bill via the App Store, so you need to log into their website to attempt to cancel. Their WhatsApp support is terrible. Just look at all the 1 star reviews on TrustPilot ### 1/5 — Horrible Customer Service *2026-06-29, version 3.34.0* I did a 7 day trial and decided I didn’t want to continue on my final day. The company refuses to refund my subscription despite charging me early which violates their own policy and communication, I’ve escalated and outlined to their customer service manager who took zero accountability. I have never experienced this with any of the many subscription services I use and would highly not recommend. People work hard for their money and a company that doesn’t honor their own trial period doesn’t deserve your money or time. ### 1/5 — Don’t use *2026-06-25, version 3.34.0* This customer service is garbage and the business is predatory. Vorsicht! ### 1/5 — Remember to Cancel Your Recurring Subscription – Not Legally Required to Warn In Some States *2026-06-18, version 3.33.0* In some locations, it’s not legally required for an app company to alert you when your recurring payment is coming due since they are not providing a physical service – they can hide behind the fact that they provide software. Where I live, there is a bill going through the approval process to close this loophole, but it’s not yet law. I tried to get a refund a day after my subscription renewed when I noticed the pending charge on my credit card. I thought this would be easy as I had a good experience with this in the past the one time I’ve had to deal with other app’s auto renewals. However, Pliability instead continued to use the fact that the current law doesn’t cover their app and the new bill hasn’t gone into law yet rather than just refunding me. Is this legally correct? Sure. Is it good customer service? No. In fact, it feels like pretty sleazy business practice to me. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Dreadful customer service and policies *2026-08-22, version 3.39.1* Auto renewed yearly subscription without my informed consent. Immediately cancelled and asked for a refund, met with zero help from customer service. They’re painfully slow to respond and, quite ironically for an app all about flexibility, their policies are totally inflexible. Not sure how or why a million dollar company needs to rely on scamming users to make money. ### 1/5 — Be Very Cautious *2026-08-21, version 3.39.1* I had used the app during the free trial and decided I didn’t want to use it so I cancelled. I was charged $200 and was told I can’t have a refund. Which was super upsetting. I opened the app to use it since I was denied a refund and it says my member is inactive and if I wanted to reactivate it I would have to pay. This is by far the worst experience I have had with an app. Do not give this app a try unless you are certain you want to use it. ### 1/5 — Clear Notice Promised, Clear Notice Not Delivered *2026-08-04, version 3.37.3* I rarely leave negative reviews, but I think prospective customers should understand how Pliability handles its annual trial subscriptions. I overlooked the end of my free trial and was charged nearly $200 for an annual subscription. I canceled immediately after discovering the charge and requested a one-time exception because I had never actually used the service. Pliability denied the request based on its refund policy. While I was disappointed, what concerned me more was what I discovered afterward. The company’s published policy states that subscribers receive clear notice before being charged. However, the emails I received were inconsistent. My welcome email identified one trial expiration date, while a later email stated my subscription would renew in 35 days but left the actual renewal date blank. I shared those emails with customer support and pointed out that they did not appear to match the company’s own stated policy regarding clear notice. After providing that documentation, I never received a response. The product itself may be excellent—I never had the opportunity to use it. My review is solely about the subscription experience, billing practices, and customer service. My advice: if you try Pliability, set your own calendar reminder the day you sign up. Don’t rely solely on the company’s communications to tell you when your annual subscription will begin. Business model is to trick customers into paying for a full year. App is useless. All stuff you can find simply online. ### 1/5 — Greedy Company *2026-07-25, version 3.37.2* I signed up for the monthly subscription and Pliability charged me for the annual subscription - a $200 charge! Now they refuse to refund me even though I contacted them about this issue less than 24 hrs later when I noticed the charge. I am a single, working mom who is trying to find a way out of chronic hip and knee pain. Thanks Pliability. I cancelled after the free trial and then charged me $350 for an annual membership. They rejected a valid refund request. When I reversed it with the bank, their lawyers demanded the charge be reapplied.
