## What is Plico?

Time to focus, today.

Instead of filling your day just to stay busy, make room to focus on what truly matters. Plico brings tasks from Reminders and anything still on your mind into one place. Choose the one to three priorities that matter most today, then give them real time on your calendar.

Plico helps you shape the flow of your day so you can spend less time deciding what to do next.

■ Plan a day that makes room for focus

• Lighten your mind
  Bring out tasks already in Reminders and anything you have not written down yet. Choose which Reminders lists should appear in planning.

• Put today's priorities first
  Pick one to three priorities whose time you want to protect first. Your selection order becomes Big 1, Big 2, and Big 3. Additional tasks can be placed in remaining time.

• Plan time to focus
  Plico reviews existing events and suggests time for important work. Change each item's date, start time, end time, and destination calendar when needed.

• See the flow of today
  See your planning time, current event, and next important task on Today. Adjust the plan when your day changes.

• Close the day with clarity
  Decide which tasks stay in Reminders and which ones should be marked complete. Add an optional note to each planned item.

Standard schedule-text parsing runs on device. Reminders and calendar access are used only for planning and saving actions you request.

Plico plan rooms may store only the minimum information needed to coordinate dates. Banner ads may appear at the bottom of Today and Plans. Plico does not use personalized ads, request ATT permission, or track users with IDFA.

Wrapping up your daily plan is now easier.

• See remaining review items and their count near the top of Today, then continue your review.
• Select or clear all linked reminders during review. Check which tasks you want to complete, then confirm to save your changes.
• Fixed the task count on Today so it updates immediately after review.

• Bring together tasks from Reminders and anything on your mind, then choose your one to three priorities: today's Big 3.
• Give important work real time between existing calendar events, with control over each item's date, time, and calendar.
