## What is Plnnr AI?

Plnnr AI turns your calendar and to-do list into a realistic day - then replans it when life changes.

Brain dump what you need to do by voice or text. Plnnr organizes the details, plans around the commitments already on your calendar, and shows what actually fits. When a meeting moves, a task runs long, or priorities change, Plnnr suggests a better plan and waits for your approval.

Plan less. Follow through more.

KNOW WHEN THE DAY IS TOO FULL

Plnnr compares the work you planned with the time you actually have, so you can move, shorten, or remove tasks before the day becomes overwhelming.

AI SUGGESTS. YOU DECIDE.

### 5/5 — Best app for AI planning by far!

*2026-09-02*

This app has
literally changed
my life.

**Developer response:** Thank you Sarah!

### 5/5 — It’s now my go-to Plnnr

*2026-08-03*

Love the to-do list options. I can organize my to-do list by section and I can see them all in place. Then I can easily schedule my to-do for the day. Best part, if I don’t accomplish my task (as new mom and a full time employee sometimes life happens and I can’t do it all!) I can just unschedule it and it goes back in the master to-do list. Also love that I can “complete” events from Google Calendar. Helps me feel more intentional and accomplished with my day. Great app!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the nice review! Glad we’re helping and get ready because we have a lot of big updates coming soon starting with Apple reminders sync and Siri sync next week.

### 5/5 — This is the one!

*2026-07-15*

Best digital task and personal planner I’ve ever used. Super easy to navigate and use, and it keeps me organized. 10/10 would recommend!

**Developer response:** Wow let’s gooo thank you!!

### 5/5 — Flexible Planning That Finally Fits My Brain

*2026-07-14*

Plnnr is one of the few planner apps that feels both simple and powerful. I love the clean design and thoughtful interface. Having my scheduled tasks at the top and my flexible tasks right below makes it easy to see what has to get done while still giving me the freedom to adjust my day.

One of my favorite features is the To Do section. I can organize tasks into categories like House Manager, Blog, App Reviews, or whatever projects I’m working on, without assigning them to a specific day. Then, when I’m ready, I can easily move those tasks into my schedule. It’s a simple system that keeps my brain organized without making me feel overwhelmed.

I also love how habits are integrated into my daily view. If I want to schedule a habit for a specific time, I can. If not, it stays flexible until I get to it. Completed tasks are still available if I need to reference them, but they stay out of the way so my screen isn’t cluttered.

As someone with AuDHD, this app strikes the perfect balance. It’s simple enough that it never feels overwhelming, yet it’s powerful enough to support all the different systems I use to manage my life. On top of that, the developer is constantly shipping thoughtful updates that make an already great app even better.

Plnnr has quickly become one of my favorite apps, and it’s an easy five-star recommendation.

**Developer response:** TYYYY!!!!

### 5/5 — Best app for success less

### 5/5 — Its amazing!

Very sleep, keeps me organized love the app. Also very easy to use and navigate!

**Developer response:** Thank you buddy!!!

### 3/5 — No iCloud Calendar Support?

*2026-03-31*

Unless I missed something, the only supported calendar is Google… in an iPhone app. Seems like a pretty big swing and a miss. App looks nice, but I’m not paying $50/yr for a todo app. There are cheaper options.

**Developer response:** Hey McWetty, totally agree with your review actually, back in March there was a lot still in development. Plnnr is just getting going, you’re joining us in the beginning phase, but we’ve been making a ton of progress over the past few months.

Just released v2 yesterday - a huge update with Apple calendar (ical) sync, new UI allowing users to drag n drop from their to do list directly onto their calendar, added alarms so that it’s impossible to miss a zoom call or something super important when your phone is on vibrate, ability to send calendar invites quick with only a few clicks, search functionality to see when you completed certain to do’s… calendar weekly view (monthly coming soon), drag handles on duration, and a few other improvements.

V3 in design / development adding ability to challenge yourself and track your discipline/accountability along with desktop app coming very soon.

Would love for you to check out the updated app with this new v2 version.

Your review means a lot to me ! Thanks buddy, feel free to reach out personally too with any suggestions / feedback.

### 1/5 — No support

*2026-03-27, version 1.5*

No technical support i could find anywhere

### 5/5 — 🙏

*2026-03-17*

### 5/5 — A great alternative planner

*2026-02-28*

This is a great and helps a lot keeping the day (or week) organized! Kudos to the dev!

**Developer response:** Thank you jonathan! Appreciate the nice words.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 3.0.0 — 2026-09-03

Plnnr AI got a little faster, a little smoother, and a few bugs were politely removed from the plan.

Thanks for helping us make every day easier to manage.

### 1.9.1 — 2026-08-27

Home Screen Widgets – Today and To Do widgets now come in Medium size, not just Large, so they fit wherever you place them. Their empty state got a redesign too — a calmer accent-blue check instead of a stark white message.

Apple Reminders sections – Sections linked to a real Apple Reminders list now show the Apple logo next to their title, so it's obvious at a glance which sections sync with Reminders and which are plnnr-only.

Faster task creation – Creating a task from a filtered To Do list now pre-selects the right section for you automatically.

Also fixed: the All Day row in your calendar no longer overlaps the header on newer iPhones, and it's now sized to match a 30-minute event slot; Apple Reminders lists you haven't connected yet no longer show up (and fail when you try to use them) in To Do; completing one Apple Reminder no longer flickers your whole Flexible list, and reminders can now be selected, deleted, and reordered right alongside your to-dos; the move-to-top/bottom buttons inside a named section now actually move sectioned tasks; and a stray hairline under the Habits empty illustration in Rose theme is gone.

Bug fixes and improvements.

### 1.9.0 — 2026-08-22

Siri, meet plnnr.

Apple Reminders – Connect your Reminders lists — during setup or anytime in Settings — and everything you tell Siri lands in plnnr automatically. "Hey Siri, remind me to call John at 3" shows up on today's plan, ready to check off, edit, reschedule, or mark All Day, right alongside your other tasks. You can even add new tasks straight into any of your Reminders lists from Quick Add.

All Day tasks – To Do items can now be marked All Day too, just like your calendar events — no time, no forced alarm, one less thing to fuss over.

One-tap alarms – Turn a task's alarm on or off right from Task Details. No more digging into a dropdown just to flip it.

A lighter Schedule Tasks panel – A collapsible header, more compact rows, and cleaner 30-minute drop targets make planning your day feel less cluttered.

Also fixed: the onboarding paywall no longer shows a false error after a successful purchase, scheduled tasks now roll into Flexible right at midnight instead of getting stuck, custom repeat's "Ends on" date no longer sticks to your last pick, and Google all-day events no longer shift a day off.

Bug fixes and improvements.

### 1.8.5 — 2026-08-10

Your day, briefed.

Morning Brief – Wake up. Tap. See your whole day. One notification lays out your schedule, your top flexible tasks, and how your discipline is trending this month. No opening the app and poking around — just your day, ready.

Evening Brief – Close out today. Glance at tomorrow. Check off anything still open, see what tomorrow already looks like, and if it's empty, plan it in about 30 seconds. Go to bed with tomorrow handled.

Both live in Settings — turn them on or off anytime, and pick the exact time your Morning Brief arrives.

Light Mode. And a Rose theme. – The two new looks we teased are here. A clean light mode for a brighter planner, and a soft rose color scheme. Preview either live and pick your favorite during setup or in Settings → Appearance.

Also new: choose your default Calendar view (Day, Week, or Month) so it always opens just how you like it. And Flexible tasks due more than a week out no longer disappear — they're grouped into an expandable "Later" list instead.

A fresh start for new users – We rebuilt sign-up from the ground up, including a live theme picker as the very last step.

Fixed: disabling a connected Google Calendar now instantly hides its events everywhere, and re-enabling brings them right back.

Bug fixes and improvements.

### 1.8.4 — 2026-07-18

Habits just got even better.

Habits in Calendar – your habits now show up right alongside your to-dos and events in Day, Week, and Month view.

Habit Alarms – set real alarms for your habits, not just reminders, so you never miss what matters.

Today Search – quickly find any task or event with the new expandable search bar right in your Today view.

Alarm Indicators – see at a glance which tasks, events, and habits have an alarm set, right from Today and your widgets.

Fixed: flexible tasks no longer shuffle order on their own

Bug fixes and improvements.

Thanks for planning with plnnr. Keep the feedback coming – we read every note.
