The app is clunky confusing and horrible on the eyes. It doesn’t meet accessibility standards either.

Every time I try to log into my account, it says “Your number is not supported.  Please use a valid mobile number only” and will not let me log in.  I have had this number for my mobile phone for over 15 years, and it used to work just fine in a previous version of the app.  Now it is completely unusable and I have not only lost access to my points in the app, but also the convenience of being able to order online and pick up my order in the restaurant.  I’m not changing my phone number just so I can order food, so if this doesn’t change, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Thank you for adding Apple Pay as a payment option! Now I can stop using Uber Eats to order plnt burger! That was the only thing that made me stop using the app. Love plnt burger!!

I have purchased numerous times in person but I can’t recommend delivery because they use door dash and repeatedly match you with drivers that cannot read basic English or steal your food. When you contact support they just give you lip service and do absolutely nothing about your problem. They don’t care. Order at your own risk and don’t make the mistake I did.

You get emails about they’re specials during the week and then there’s no promo code to redeem. It says download the app to get the specials then they don’t work. Then you go to the place (inside of Whole Foods) and nobody knows about the email promotions OR the app 🙄🤦🏽‍♂️ TRASH.

Went before the open and they gave a lot of samples. The chckn nuggets are better than chicken and the frosty was really good can’t tastes it’s oat based. The team there was nice and inviting even though I came before their official open and after their soft open. They explained what was going into their process of making the food and they gave me a breakdown of what I would actually be consuming. I got the meal and a extra sandwich because the their nuggets were so good. Crushed the frosty before I got down the block. They even showed love and through in a cookie. 5 star experience

Like my review states: if your order gets delivered to the wrong house, there is no customer service to assist you. Stick with DoorDash/Grubhub/whatever you use, it’s the same price

When are you gonna add Apple Pay as a payment option? I love Plnt Burger food but stopped using the app because i don’t like typing my real credit card into every app these days. I get coupon codes via email but the Plnt Burger store won’t let me use them in person. 
Also, i contacted customer support through the app once about my order missing an entire burger and i never heard back. Disappointed.

Finally PLNT Burger has a loyalty program! These are the juiciest burgers in town, with the Mushroom Bacon BBQ taking the cake 🌱🍔. Especially during this time, they are really going above and beyond to make plant-based foods accessible to everyone within their reach. The app is visually extremely appealing, easy to use, and puts me in a positive mood every time I open it. Thank you essential workers!
