## What is Ploegwerk?

Shift workers earn their surcharges — and almost nobody checks them. Ploegwerk does.

Put in your rota once. The app knows the surcharge logic — night percentages, weekend rates, holiday multipliers — and shows what the month should pay before the payslip lands. When the payslip differs, you see exactly where.
