## What is PlopFit?

Make room for movement, one short session at a time.

PlopFit is an ADHD-friendly fitness app built around 5–15 minute workouts, simple choices, and visible progress.

SET YOUR VIBE
Choose the balance of muscles, cardio, stretch, and tone for your next session. Adjust space constraints and workout zones to suit your setup.

START A SESSION
Follow exercise videos and on-screen workout controls. PlopFit generates one session at a time, so you can focus on the workout in front of you.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Keep your workout history, earn XP and badges, and follow your weekly activity in Stats.

WHAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDES
An account and an active Workout Access subscription are required to use the workout features. Both plans include:
• Generate short workout sessions, typically 5–15 minutes, based on your selected vibe, space constraints and workout zones.
• Follow exercise demonstration videos with on-screen workout and rest controls.
• Save your workout history, view your weekly activity in Stats, and earn XP and badges as you complete workouts.

Workout Access Monthly provides these features for one month per billing period. Workout Access Yearly provides the same features for one year per billing period. The plans differ only in billing period and price.

BILLING AND RENEWAL
For subscriptions purchased in the app, both plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. The full price for your selected billing period is shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in Apple account settings. Restore purchases is available in the app.

PlopFit is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is a fitness service, not medical advice or treatment.
