## What is Plot Dispatch?

Keep work moving without chasing notifications. Plot Dispatch brings your key conversations from email, chat, and apps into one place, prioritized for action.

PUT YOUR BEST ENERGY INTO CONVERSATIONS THAT MATTER
Traditional inboxes are a mess of everything from receipts and marketing to the conversations your success depends on. Effective leaders learn to give their attention to conversations that matter, and ignore the rest. Dispatch makes that easy by showing only what needs your attention today, with the most important (rather than most recent) first. Turn off your notifications and have more impact in twenty minutes than in a day shot through with interruptions.

AN ACTION PLAN FOR YOUR MOST IMPORTANT CONVERSATIONS
Conversations from email, chat, and apps land in one place, ranked by priority. Each stays active until you mark it done or schedule it for another day. Reply to ten conversations simply by typing ten responses and pressing Enter after each. Nothing gets dropped, whether it's waiting on you or on someone else.

KEEP CONNECTED TO YOUR COLLABORATORS AND PARTNERS
The client you've had for years, the partner you're building something with, the collaborator you only ever hear from on WhatsApp. Each has a single page in Dispatch, however many apps they reach you through, with your latest conversations and your private notes. One search finds everything you've said to each other, and when you write, Dispatch sends through the channel you last used together. Set a reminder to check in, and it shows up alongside your conversations that day. Group people to reach them all at once or to keep a list.

THOUGHTFUL DESIGN
• Works fully offline, and syncs across your iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web
• Hands-free dictation: speak your reply and it's cleaned up for you
• Keyboard-driven, with a command bar and shortcuts
• Replies written outside your working hours send at the next opening
• Skip the subject and Dispatch writes one for you

WORKS WITH YOUR TOOLS
Connect Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, GitHub, Linear, and Google Drive. Read and reply in one place, and jump to the source whenever you need it.

PRIVATE AND SECURE
Your conversations stay yours. Your data is encrypted in transit, and everything your connections bring in is private to you. Removing a connection disconnects the account and revokes Plot's access.

Start with a 14-day free trial of Pro, then choose Core or Pro. Get back to your best work.

Plot Dispatch Core and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed through your App Store account after the free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.22 — 2026-10-30

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

### 2.0.18 — 2026-10-26

What's new in this version:

Invitations

• A meeting invitation you haven't answered waits in Active with Accept where Done usually is. Accepting moves it to the day of the meeting.
• The reply box offers Accept and Decline. Write a message first and it goes to the organizer with your answer.
• When someone writes on an accepted meeting, it comes back to Active.
• A line under a thread's title shows when a meeting is and who's going, or who an email is to. A long line folds, and you can open it to see everyone.

Search

• Search now covers all your history, filling in older messages in the background. On mobile data it covers the last 30 days and finishes on Wi-Fi.
• Results with your words in the title come first, with matches highlighted. Muted threads rank a little lower.
• Search ignores accents ("muller" finds Müller), finds Japanese and Chinese words, and takes @ plus a company to find people at that domain.
• New Not muted filter beside Muted, and both work with search text.
• Search works without a connection.

Reminders and the thread list

• Drag a reminder anywhere in the list, just like a thread. Select several threads or reminders and drag them together to a day, Upcoming or Done.
• Next and previous include reminders.
• A thread with a reminder comes back to Active as soon as someone writes on it.
• Marking a thread done no longer makes threads jump between sections.

Email

• Reply-all keeps Cc people on Cc, and you can add your other address from Edit recipients.
• Emails go to exactly the people you see in the composer.
• Forward without writing a note, and a forward now includes the original message.
• Receipts and invoices you auto-forward stay in Muted.
• Choosing recipients is clearer: the picker closes with Done, clears the search after each pick, and opens right away.
• Email attachments that failed to download now download.

Notes and links

• Adding or editing a link opens one picker: paste a link or search recent links, connected apps and threads.
• On a phone or tablet, press and hold selects a word, phone number, email or link, and the bar over the selection offers Select all, View contact, Call and Open.

Fixes

• Comments from Google Docs, GitHub, Linear, Monday, Asana and Todoist show who wrote them.
• LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram chats you read in Plot are marked read there too.
• On a phone, finishing, sending or rescheduling a thread opens the next one.
• Android: swiping back no longer slides toward the next thread.
• Threads from Monday.com and Google Tasks no longer show a "With" line.
• A WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn account you finish connecting in your browser now appears in Connections.
• Mac: requires macOS 12 Monterey or later.

### 2.0.16 — 2026-10-17

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

### 2.0.14 — 2026-10-14

What's new in this version:

Threads

• Threads in Doing and Scheduled now stay in order of importance, so an important thread no longer slips below newer, less important ones just because time has passed.
• Opening a thread that came back with a new message no longer moves it to Done a moment later. Reading a thread leaves it where it is.
• New threads keep appearing in your lists even while you have an unsent draft you pulled back to edit.
• Reminders for a person or group show a user icon in the thread list instead of an avatar.

Email

• Links in emails you send from Plot arrive as clickable links instead of Markdown text.
• Attachments on an email no longer disappear after the message syncs again, and opening one shows a spinner while it loads.

Connections

• Google Drive documents you created, or that were only added to a shared folder, now arrive as Done. They come into Active when you're mentioned or someone replies in a comment thread you started.
• Connecting Asana, Todoist, GitHub or another tasks app now lists every permission it asks for in plain words.

People and notes

• Hover an email address on a person's page to copy it with one click.
• Typing -- after a space in a note gives a spaced en dash (–), as in Word and Google Docs.

Getting started

• The welcome message explains that your first 30 days include Pro, and that afterwards you can continue with Pro or switch to Core.
• The notifications prompt puts "Enable notifications" first and selects it by default.

Fixes

• The More menu opens right away instead of pausing first.

### 2.0.9 — 2026-10-12

Bug fixes and performance improvements.
