## What is Plotbed?

Create a dated crop sequence using your variety, location, interval and maturity estimate. Record actual sowings and see their estimated maturity dates update.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open Field Desk, then Succession.
2. Create a plan with your crop, bed or location, sowing interval and maturity days from the seed packet.
3. Set an optional season end to flag estimates that fall too late.
4. Record actual sowings, correct their dates when needed and share the schedule.

Keep raised-bed layouts, plant library, Field Desk season summaries, rotation history and harvest records. Saved sequences can be edited and deleted.

WHAT TO KNOW
Dates use your inputs and do not predict weather, frost, yield or harvest readiness. Defaults are placeholders. Check seed-packet and local growing guidance. This planning log does not automatically change the bed grid.

iPhone and iPad.

### 1.3 — 2026-08-31

Plotbed 1.3 has been rebuilt around Field Desk, a product-specific workspace joining bed layout, season readiness, crop-family rotation, and harvest timing.

New in this build:
- Archive each bed's crop families by season
- Review three years of rotation pressure before replanting
- See readiness, missing dates, and companion conflicts across the garden
- Follow a cross-bed harvest runway
- Share a local field report
- Open older Plotbed plans with migration-safe season history

No account or network connection is required.

### 1.2 — 2026-07-13

Plotbed 1.2 adds Bed Readiness scoring so each raised-bed plan now checks coverage, diversity, spacing density, companion conflicts, and missing harvest dates before planting. Share Plan now includes the readiness report alongside the grid, plant roster, companion check, harvest timeline, and notes.

### 1.0 — 2026-06-10
