## What is plouc?

Don’t you hate when you see someone in public and either they’re cute or you may have seen them somewhere before but there’s no easy way to get their Instagram or Snapchat? You could go up to them and ask, but that’s just so awkward and weird. This is where Plouc comes in! Plouc lets you share and find in real-time the social media of others in your physical vicinity. Perfect for college students and young people who are looking to find networking and romantic opportunities, or up-and-coming influencers and models who want people to find and follow them, this application is geared towards anyone trying to organically build their social capital.

How does it work?

To get started, you create an account and upload a profile picture of yourself and add at least one of the following social media handles: Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok
Next, you either let Plouc automatically access your location or you can manually enter where you are. 
Once you're on the map, click on any other Plouc profiles in your area to see their social media handles. 
The best thing is that you can switch on and off your location whenever you feel like!
