## What is PLPG?

Step into the stories of African American Hoosiers as they fight to gain true freedom and equality. PLPG: Profiles in Resistance is Conner Prairie's immersive augmented reality app created in association with the Asante Art Institute of Indianapolis. Discover the emotional ups and downs in the lives of five everyday, but extraordinary, people forced to confront racism, enslavement, and war. Ask questions to dig deeper and uncover the whole story. This app is a part of Conner Prairie's Promised Land as Proving Ground experience - a journey through centuries of Black history, from the kingdoms of pre-Colonial Africa to the modern day. Download the app to enhance your onsite experience at Conner Prairie with moving tales of resistance and resilience set against the backdrop of Indiana history.
