Since I receive the link say you can download the app keep track your status ,so I download it. But I couldn’t log in since day one. It’s was a joke. All the time I login I have to go through the link/mail. This is ridiculous.

You heard me. I once got scammed for thousands of pounds yet somehow that experience was more enjoyable than using this app.

It’s terrible what they charge for such poor functionality when trying to track a case.  Some investment of their revenue should be applied to this app/tracker. It doesn’t even reset the password which should be basic coding.

This app is crashing every 30 sec. It is unusable. It is like they don't want you to fully read their documents. To not know what you're signing for. It gives the impression that they are fraudsters. Please be careful with this "company". I have not signed anything with them. When I was calling their office someone on the street has answered, I could literally hear the cars, and people talking in the background and gave vague answers.

This is a terrible app. It is constantly crashing! It doesn’t matter which device I try to use it on. This needs to be fixed! There also needs to be an option to save your login details because I’m always having to switch between my buying and selling account.

This portal is beyond terrible. You have to reset your password EVERY time you need to log on. Only 1 person can sign documents but you can’t save. That’s if the app even loads up. Do not even attempt to upload documents or images. For a service that boasts 24/7 checking and updates… no.

App keep crashing. Logout one day and can not log back in. You can’t press “forgot your password” as nothing happens. When spoken to the company via phone to support with the rest nothing happened. Shame really as it’s nice to see the stages and steps when completing a house but never again
