As a yo-yo dieter for most of my life, I am so grateful that I found PLT just over a year ago.  Working with coach Deb, I am almost at my goal and have learnt so much.  I truly don’t think weight will reappear as I have been given all the tools and now have the knowledge that no one else has ever been able to teach me.  The community is so strong and supportive.  Patti and Paul are the best!
