Weight lifting exercises are difficult to follow with lack of audio to compliment video. Additionally the video only plays once. Disrupts exercises routine to stop and replay if you need to reconfirm form. Videos also don’t include modifications or adjustments to make based on ability.

Nice clean visuals and easy to use app. They have some great in-app tutorials and training plans.
