But also, I’ve been a member for years and it’s showing that my account can’t be found. What’s going on? ### 2/5 — Terrible prerequisites *2025-10-16, version 2.1.75* The rewards are good, but almost all of them require them to have two adult entrees. Most of the time, people eat out by themselves such as myself. I will not be paying for the platinum membership until there are better prerequisites for redeeming your rewards. None found and too much time spent looking. I can just remove the app, but I am a club member. You have to scan physical receipts on orders placed through the app to get credit for them. I’ve logged out of the app. I’ve deleted the app. I’ve reinstalled it and before even login it shows that I have a notification. I don’t know how I can have a notification if I’m not even logged in. Most restaurant apps record points with your purchases and don't require to you to get your receipt scanned. Every day since then, I have tried to register through this app. First, it wouldn’t let me make an account, with no error message, just a spinning wheel. Today, it let me make an account, but when I finished inputting my information, it says something went wrong. I have tried on WiFi and cell service, and I get the same error. I guess I will keep my receipt with my club code until this app can function. ### 2/5 — App needs work *2024-05-08, version 1.4.6* I love pluckers but every time I try to use the app I am always logged out, or the app moves slow to load. My biggest issue is that no matter if I order online through the app or in person my points NEVER accumulate. Hopefully over time, this can be fixed because thats the whole put of having an account is for points!! Just for reference, I have been stuck on 25 points for 2 years and I have eaten there a handful of times. Does this app even work? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Many Flaws *2026-06-22, version 2.1.79* The stores don’t seem to have any info on the orders placed here, I still haven’t even confirmed if this whole app is just a place to steal people’s money. I called the store and they couldn’t confirm my order, the app also placed my pick up time 1.5 hours later for 10 wings. The store had no record of my ticket, they told me the app was malfunctioning and scheduling orders much later. When I asked for a cancellation they told me to wait a week for a refund . I’ve deleted the app thinking that maybe it but it isn’t my husband tried as well & the same thing. Even while in the restaurant with the assistance of a manager. Still unable to login with the access code they send, keeps getting an error message. Don’t waste your time or money downloading or joining the club. It always gives an error first time you enter it. Then they send you a code to verify. Again, never works the first time but also won’t work several times after that. Once I requested a new code and after the request, I magically logged in. As I perused my account I got logged out. This is the experience the update has provided. Incredible difficulty logging in and once on you will be randomly logged off and have to start again. It’s easier to go somewhere else for wings and a loyalty app. ### 1/5 — Cannot Login With Apple ID *2024-11-05, version 2.1.62* I used to be able to Sign in with Apple and hide my email but now that option isn’t available anymore.
