Eigentlich hat alles geklappt, aber ich bin mir sicher, dass nicht jede „Blockade“ beabsichtigt ist. Ich z.b. hatte das Auto vergessen und wäre am Ende des Ladevorgangs gerne erinnert worden. Das sollte technisch kein Problem darstellen. Nicht nach Ende einer festgelegten Zeit, sondern wirklich wenn das Auto voll ist und fertig mit dem Laden.

Sehr gute App. Allerdings nicht geeignet für vergessliche Personen, wie mich. Habe vergessen mein Auto nach 3:59 Stunden abzuholen. 8 Stunden sind extrem teuer. Wir werden ständig von den Applikationen mit Mitteilungen bombardiert. Nur nicht, wenn Zeiten überschritten sind. Ich würde mir auch wünschen, die aktive Session zu sehen, egal wie der Vorgang gestartet wurde, per App oder Token.

Leider erheben einige Betreiber sehr hohe Parkgebühren – aber gemeinsam mit ihnen arbeiten wir daran, das zu verbessern.

Den Ladevorgang kannst du bei vielen Ladestationsbetreibern bereits in der App verfolgen, und es werden stetig mehr. Wenn du den Ladevorgang sehen kannst, erhältst du seit Kurzem auch eine Push-Nachricht, kurz bevor Parkgebühren anfallen.

Die App ist übersichtlich gestaltet. 

Jedoch fehlt hier sehr die Möglichkeit, nach Preis zu filtern. 

Zusätzlich wäre es optimal, den Preis schon auf der Karte anzeigen zu lassen.

The sign up process was quick and easy, found a charge point close to my house and starting the charge in the app was simple… tried MFG but also saw some Instavolt chargers close by

Plugsurfing ist meine Backup Lösung, falls andere Ladekarten / Apps nicht funktionieren.
Leider passiert es jetzt zum wiederholten Male (über einen längeren Zeitraum) dass die festgelegten Zahlungsmethoden (Kreditkartendaten) „vergessen“ werden. Das passiert unbemerkt. Der nächste Ladevorgang ist dann gesperrt weil man „Schulden“ hat. Nach erneuter Eingabe aller (sensibler) Kreditkartendaten funktioniert es wieder eine Weile bis man merkt, dass die Ladekarte nicht akzeptiert wird, nachschaut in der App um festzustellen, dass es wieder passiert ist. 
Es weckt einen schlechten Eindruck, gerade weil es sich um sensible Daten handelt. Diese „Schulden“ sind eine Weile sicher harmlos, aber wenn man sie längere Zeit nicht bemerkt, weil man die App nicht benutzt, kann es auch mal um die Ohren fliegen..

Je n’ai jamais vu une création de Mot de passe qui soit si compliquée pour moi. Idealement, faites en sorte que ça fonctionne avec le gestionnaire de mot de passe d’Apple qui suggère des mots de passe aleatoires automatiquement Merci.

Je ne partage pas les mauvais avis, fonctionne très bien pour moi avec des informations apparemment (après quelques semaines d’utilisation) correctes. 

SAV pertinent et réactif que j’ai contacté pour une erreur de paiement, ras.

J’ai été injustement prélevé de 600€ après qu’une machine a eu un bug et s’est éteinte je n’ai jamais obtenu de remboursement, quand tout va bien l’application est ok mais au moindre problème vous êtes cuit

As newcomers to electric vehicles, we used this app to charge our car up from 70% for an hour and were charged €64, later finding out it cost 80c per minute. Other networks charge 6c per minute for the same charger.

This is simply not a legitimate EV charging network, it is a greedy, amoral company taking advantage of an unregulated market to exploit unwitting new EV drivers. Go install a different app and pay a sensible price to charge your car.

I couldn’t find a way to view how much I will be charged until I sign up an account and give away my personal details. Once logged in, I was surprised just how expensive the charge points.

I was charged £39 (I’m not paying) for a full charge of 37kW before 1 hour duration, when it states in the plugsurfing app that the first hour is free at the ESB charger in London. Something isn’t right as I’ve seen a similar experience on a Trustpilot review about this. They reached out to me to investigate via twitter where I complained about them initially but will things ever change or improve? I’m sticking to Elli and Electroverse who are more honest, transparent and reliable.

attention c'est une arnaque.  J'ai commandé une carte de recharge sur leur site Web, je l'ai payée et je ne l'ai jamais reçue.  contacté le support plusieurs fois - pas de réponse.  Je ne recommande pas - entreprise pas sérieuse.

Just downloaded this, looks pretty poor, doesn’t seem to show any chargers at motorway services or major places like airports. My work town of Hertford has a number of charging points but none of these are shown. Looks like they don’t have contracts with many of the providers. Shame.

Der neue Preisfilter ist sehr hilfreich, um hohe Preise an manchen Ladestationen zu vermeiden! Es gibt genug Ladestationen in der Plugsurfing App zu angemessenen Preisen. Ansonsten gefällt mir die App selbst sehr gut: Übersichtlich gestaltet und funktioniert ohne Probleme. Zum Starten eines Ladevorgangs nutze ich die Plugsurfing Ladekarte, klappt einwandfrei — ich bin zufrieden!

Je trouve la notation de l’appli ridiculement basse par rapport à sa qualité. Les cartes de recharge sont largement moins chers que la concurrence et elle passe à toutes les bornes (je n’ai jamais eu de soucis)
Elle est elle, intuitive. J’encourage !

I’m new to EV and living in the UK the outlets have QR codes. On a recent trip to Belgium the app plus a RFID tag gave me charging options that meant I had no worries about where to plug in.

wow what a fantastic update in the latest version, i love the simplicity of the charging process and the new look and feel. often these apps deteriorate over time yet this feels like a leap forward.
