I have a lot to thank for Plum. It helped me better understand my gut health in a way that actually felt practical not overwhelming. For the first time in a long while I feel like I have a tool that is making a real difference. I’ve been eating bread again for the first time since 2023, which is something I genuinely did not expect. Plum has made a meaningful impact on how I feel day to day so I’m really grateful for it.
